The view of the hotel was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. The staff were nice and polite. They provided detailed travel information for us. The price for the hotel was a real bargain at such a low price. I will come to this hotel again for my next visit of Greece. I stayed at Cypria for two days and I had an excellent experience. The location - and the price for such location - is unbeatable - right at the heart of Athens and two minutes away from the metro station. Walk out of the hotel and you already have numerous choices of restaurants. The central location doesn't mean the rooms are noisy though - my room was quiet and c The central location doesn't mean the rooms are noisy though - my room was quiet and comfortable all along, although one might say it's a little on the small side. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciate that WiFi was quick and stable there, unlike a number of other hotels in stayed in elsewhere in Greece. I don't think I enjoyed the breakfast as much as I did my room, but then it could be just a matter of taste. All in all an enjoyable stay. We had a suite for a steal during fire sales. This hotel was one of the best hotel we stayed during our travel. The main bedroom was comfortable with nice bed and big balcony. One thing that puzzled me was the placement of the fridge cabinet, which was also the table for the LCD TV. The room was big and they could easy place the cabinet on the opposite side of the room. The 2nd bedroom has a balcony as well but was not so good as the main bedroom. The bed was a foldable bed that was not so comfortable and there was no mirror or dustbin. All there is in this 2nd bedroom was a foldable double bed, a single bed, a table and a chair. Nothing else. The bathroom was big and clean but no floor mat. We asked for one which was given but it was taken away the next day during housekeeping. The hotel provides free transport to the town area every 2hours which saves us a lot of transportation cost. Free pick up to and from the port as well. The staffs were all very friendly, especially those at the restaurant when we were having our breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this hotel. We've chosen the president suite at the hotel. It was really big and it's for 4 people. We are only 2, and we have 2 King size beds and 2 showers and 4 toilets. The hotel arranged airport pick up and drop off service. The driver is a kind interesting old man, he introduced the island on the way to hotel. The staff helped us carried the luggages and gave us a detailed i The staff helped us carried the luggages and gave us a detailed instructions of the room and sight seeing spots. The view of our huge balcony has a outstanding view of the valcono and we have the biggest private swimming pool. The beds are comfortable and clean. The facilities are up to date. The breakfirst are varied and you have many choice. The hotel is close to walking path in Oia but is very quiet. Most importantly the hotel do care about the privacy and has shelters on both sides! This hotel was amazing, the room was super modern and the shower looked like a space age time machine! The bed was super comfy and their morning breakfast is great and there's a great view of Acropolis. Do yourself a favor and stay here you won't regret it! Actually we have previous booking for another hotel 2 month before the trip, but Agoda cancelled my booking just 1 week before the trip, because the room is over booked. I was super angry. During this last minutes change, most of the rooms are full in Santorini and the prices are increased. I have not choice but book Manos small world, which is near my previous booki I have not choice but book Manos small world, which is near my previous booking hotel. I found Mano Small world is the best hotel we have stayed during this trip, good location with great views and nice breakfast, helpful staff. Will consider to stay again if revisit Santorini. Initially booked Athenaeum Grand but was redirected to Athenaeum Palace, which was equally fantastic hotel located just about m adjacent. Location is very convenient with bus stop just outside the hotel, 24hrs convenient store and metro is just 3 stops away. The room was awesome!! New amenities and also comes with a handy which is VERY useful for tourist not having New amenities and also comes with a handy which is VERY useful for tourist not having data on your mobile. Breakfast was a simple spread but was more than enough to keep us satisfied; you couldn't ask for more. Oh yes, they have the friendliest staff of whole Greece : From their guest relation staff to front office staff and their porter, is the most friendliest and most helpful bunch of people you could ever ask for!! We would give every single star to all of them and the service they provided. Most recommended to stay. The only part of the hotel better than the view and location was the friendly and helpful staff. They're available right after booking - throughout the trip and booked excursions, provided restaurant recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Could not give higher marks! Their service was exceptionally GOOD. I lost my passport on the first day I arrived Athens, the hotel receptionist helped me out to contact the embassy and assisted me to the nearest police station. The next day she collected for me before going to work and that is why I need to give her a big shoutout. Location is great, just a 20mins walk to acropolis. Room is clean and the bathroom is super big. This is the second time we are in Santorini. We stayed at the honeymoon suite which has an amazing view over Thira. The hotel and suite is located at the top of the cliff so it simply has the best over Thira I guarantee. The altitude is also the highest among every other hotel in Thira. There may be other hotels with fancier pool, but this hotel is just the best becaus There may be other hotels with fancier pool, but this hotel is just the best because of the location. The hotel has 3 honeymoon suites and each of them comes with a nice balcony and private Jaccuzi. We spent a day just in the hotel and was the most amazing moments of our trip in Greece. You should also try the Yellow Sea Restaurant which is one star Michelin accredited. Cocktails were nice. Everything in the room is clean. Avra is a great resort with great service but I would recommend it more for family trips. We went during the peak season in summer and the resort was filled with families and children. We were 2 couples and we did not really need the private pools in our bedrooms as we were out and about most of the time. The beach that Avra is on is wide, big and clean but not the w The beach that Avra is on is wide, big and clean but not the white sandy kind of beach that you have seen about Cretan beaches. Location of the hotel is great, there are restaurants and cafes down the street with a few shops to buy your souvenirs. A local supermarket is also reachable around the corner. We tried a few of the restaurants in the town facing the beach and they were all quite good. Hotel has 2 different areas serving Greek breakfast or Intercontinental breakfast, both with big selections. The hotel comes with a big spa by Apivita with many type of body treatments, as pampering as they were, we did not really enjoy the massages. One exceptional thing though was their hospitality and their warmth. We remember a lady, Iro, who was managing the bar at the pool across from the main building. She had the greatest smiles and passion towards her work and engaging with all the guests, it was just a great experience! I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Santorini. And Tholos Resort is by far the best among these three. Pro: 1. You ordered the breakfast the night before. And it would be served to you at your balcony next morning. Having the tasty breakfast at your balcony with the great view of the caldera! Room is spacious. The washroom is also spacious. I like the room very I like the room very much. Cons: 1. After some complications with our room - we had booked a Spa Suite, which was no longer available. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They compensated us with a complimentary dinner in their own restaurant, which I must say was one of the best meals we had in Greece - and one of the best Views of the Acropolis. Staff in all Staff in all areas of the Hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Athens Status Suites is only a small hotel, but makes up for it with their friendly attitudes. Make sure you go to the rooftop bar for a great view around sunset. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. My girlfriend and I booked this trip within a month of our planned travels. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were treated with such kindness. The staff, from the front desk to the servers to the cleaning people, were always smiling and willing to help. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Mykonos Essence and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for making our trip amazing! This hotel has good location. Travelers are near Syntagma Square where you can find a well. The hotel is clean, friendly and good facilities also. People who travel to Athens, Greece, is considered to be the best hotel. I had the best time at Exclusive plan suites in Santorini!. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and a big bath room that 2 basins and 2 shower together!. These two stations, along with Monastiraki Agora, Roman Forum, downtown shopping with markets, 1 stop from Syntagma on another line , are the areas that you want to stay in for convenience. Room is a little small with not a lot of table space, but it was in good condition and bathroom was a proper shower which I like instead of shower over bathtub. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, and the tavern opposite does amazing amazing souvlaki for cheap even compared to other Greek restaurants. This is a perfect hotel for us. We only needed 1 night stay in Athens as our priority in Greece was the islands. We were looking for something that is near the train station, so that we can walk to the train station to catch our 6am train to airport. This hotel has the perfect location. The train station for trains going to the airport was not just one street away, it The train station for trains going to the airport was not just one street away, it was also minutes walk from the Ermou shopping street. Room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The also had a great bar at the roof top with superb view. Good for day and night. Small lift in the hotel doesn't affect our stay at all. Awesome hotel. Amazing friendly staff. Eleni was great and super helpful with getting us transportation, setting up ATVs, etc. Housekeeping was very responsive. Pool and views were amazing. Private hot tub was also sweet and had a great view. Had dinner there the last night which wa Had dinner there the last night which was also amazing and priced fairly. Loved our stay there! This is my 2nd time in Astoria, the best thing is the staff in all areas especially Vasiliki in reception, and Tina in room service. I tried 3 room types Budget single stay was not bad at all very good value for money if you don't mind a back side window view. There is a smaller type of double rooms which I got on the 4th floor. The bedding also may defer from nice into a type that makes noise when you move in the bed you can ask staff to change that otherwise the beddings are all neat and clean. Great location, good facilities overall, however Bathrooms need better plumbing as the toilet in my room was blocked in the second night of my stay, not a good look for a five star hotel. Other than that, the hotel and Other than that, the hotel and surrounding area offer a lot of activities for everyone, including wonderful scenic paths for anyone who likes jogging or just a good long walk with small hills along the coastline. We arrived around dusk to the most spectacular sunset we could have imagined. The setting of this hotel is truly spectacular!!! Forget going elsewhere when you have the best view from your room! The staff here were all extremely friendly and accommodating, and even located us in a room right by the pool so that we could be close to our room when our baby was napping. We would definitely recommend staying here in Imerovigli as opposed to overcrowded Oia and Fira. We had a very relaxing and beautiful stay here. They were even so kind as to provide a baby cot without any extra charge. We were so grateful that everyone was so welcoming to our little family, and even offered to hold our baby whilst we ate our lunch. The lunch itself was also very good quality and really reasonably priced. I really can't say enough good things about our stay here. We absolutely loved it and were so so happy to have chosen this location to stay in Santorini. Unfortunately the wifi is not free and not reliable. Beachchairs are charged extra, 15 euro for the day. It s a good location, which combinate sea and swimming pool, very kind staff but the rooms are very old and have insects, which made our night very difficult. The breakfast was good but one negative notice that the coffee that i want to drink i have to pay for it. Hotel is expensive in totally for that which offe Hotel is expensive in totally for that which offers but it can be better if it renovate its facilities. The hotel is perched up on a high hill near elia beach and has extremely beautiful views. The hotel itself is very well kept, clean, very friendly staff and has a great cozy bar and restaurant. This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Our resort was in the perfect location - gorgeous view, friendly staff, beautiful room with a hot tub, and delicious breakfast! We would highly recommend this property! It was clean with balcony and pool-view. I like to have close to the beach. And this take 5 minutes walk. Helpful personal in reception when i ask about booking of travel coz i dont speak greece with travel-agentur. Hotel have a good place in city to close to much restaurants and shops. Love the athmosphere there, the rooms, everything nice and working, clean and well taken care. Only con is that reception closes at 23h!!! My flight arrived and I asked to wait for me, my plan was to catch the bus to the city and walk 1. I end I ended up spending more than 2x the Hostel price in a taxi, I got so sad and angry. But the staff in reception during the daytime was totally super nice and the place is overall cool. Good location in Malia, very friendly running by family, very clean,2 nice pools and restaurant,I really enjoy, all studios with balcony. If you need anything, Stylianos will do his best to help you. This is not a 5 star hotel but the service definitly is. Maria that co-owns it,was in the reception desk to help me with whatever I wanted to. She was very kind and because I arrived late in the evening for the check-in and I did the check-out earlier than I should have, she told me that I can come later if I have time to enjoy the pool, which I think that happens very rarely to hotels. For the staff that runs the hotel to be th For the staff that runs the hotel to be this polite and generous. As I told to Maria too,she will see me soon, staying at her hotel again when I visit Malia again. Thank you Maria for everything. Even that I stayed there for very few hours, actually,I loved it. Booked in a panic for a late night, and enjoyed the place so much I stayed another. I stayed in the dorm, which opens directly on the street. We shared meals and drank at a table across the way. It was a very enjoyable stay. The real kitchen is behind the building in an open area; there is a ceiling but no side wall. Is quite difficult to fine the place because is located in the old town, so when you take the bus from airport to new town, new town is just next to old town. Get a map and ask for the right direction. The place is small home hotel with about 10 rooms located at the outer ring of the old town and is convenience to explore the complete area. The owner is very friendly a The owner is very friendly and helpful. The only regret i have is not staying a few more nights at this immaculately clean place perched on a hill overlooking the sea. Strong wifi, beautiful balconies, strong wifi signa, quiet setting and a welcoming host are just some of the great things about this place. I stayed in a one-person tent for 8 nights. The ladies were both super lovely and helpful, the reception is open 'til late. There's a shop just across the road. You can put all your valuables in their safe, so there's no need to worry about them getting lost. I would recommend it to anyone and would be happy to stay there again. Thanks for all your help and making my hoiday so comfortable. This is a great place. The only problem is for foreign visitors needing to make a phone call to check in. The staff is rarely around. A lady from the store across the street helped me call the owner who eventually checked me in. Greeks are helpful and welcoming, so it all worked out in the end. We had an awesome stay at Heliotrope. If you can, ask for the top studio as it has the best view but you have to climb lots of steps to get there! Big living area, balcony and room. Only downsides were no cold water during our stay and there never seems to be anyone around to check in or out, or ask for help especially if you don't have a cellphone to ring them. Dimitri next door is helpful though, and you can use the pool there too :. I did not find many choices and stayed here. I would not stay again, even with great location. It has very little room for walking or luggage. Steps are horrible with a suitcase. Location is 5 mins walk from train station. My room single room was. The staff was great and very helpful in every way, and as I had a hip problem at the time they put us in a unit close to the road which was spacious and great views, so thank you very much. Also, great wifi and satellit Also, great wifi and satellite channels, with Bloomberg and world news and movies in English.. What a fantastic stay in Sunday studios. I was greeted by early check in, an upgraded room and fresh cheese pastries! So sweet. Next day I came home with the room cleaned and apple cake in the fridge. Great location between Agia Anna and prokopios, 1 min walk to the beach. Would recommend! We were a family of four, the owner greeted us and helped us with our bags and helped us with the lodgings. He was had issues with the rooms and resolved it admirably. Great Value and wonderful stay. Will come back again. We cannot say enough about Epic Rooms, our host George and his mother Mrs. George was quick to reply to any questions that we had and he helped us with an issue we had that necessitated a call home to our bank. And his mother was a sweetheart! And we had many wonderful conversations with her throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless and we had plenty of space. We had access to a large kitchen and refrigerator. The location was a ten minute walk to Ancient Delphi and there was an ATM and a bakery across the street. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants and outstanding views in all directions! If you don't stay at Epic Rooms you are missing out on the best hospitality that Greece has to offer! The place is simply wonderful. Not only the freshly renovated rooms, the atmosphere and the awesome breakfast and traditionally cooked meals, but also and especially the hosts where so lovely, we wished, we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for accommodation :. The apartment is at the highest level. The owner is a kind and helpful, active business person. We were the first guests and notice that all are still in the process of becoming. But Manuel is constantly trying to make the service better. We booked 9 nights and were fascinated by this place and decided to stay longer. A great place for couples and companies. The staff was so nice - I had a feeling like I was staying with friends. Ireon and the Rania Beach hotel are very quiet and peaceful - if you are looking for quiet vacation - this is the place to go. We had an amazing time at Villa Diasselo! Banos the owner was spot on and helped with anything we needed. The apartments are a great size and very clean. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay, whether a group of friends like ourselves or a family or even solo. Excellent location also with a supermarket and car rental just around the corner. We had a great stay at Revekka! The location was great. Just steps to the waterfront where there are restuarants and tavernas. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and airy. Our room was a double and it was enormous and very functional. Our little balcony had a peek-a-boo view of nearby mountains. This was a problem as we were a group and didn't want to be split up. In the end, the staff were very accommodating and found a way to keep us all at Revekka as booked. I found this to be great value for the money and I would happily stay there again next time I was in Kissamos! Spacious apartments which are well equipped and have lovely views over the sea, Excellent proprietor who could not be more helpful. Great WiFi, air con and water pressure. Close to supermarkets but a bit of a walk down into the port. No problem if you hire a vehicle, property has private parking. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lovely family run hotel. Maria and Spiro made us feel at home and were really flexible and accommodating during our stay. Walking distance to Agio Stefanos. Close to bus stop, where you can go to Paradise beach, Kos centre etc. Rooms are clean, well equipped with kitchen etc and are super comfortable. Beds are great. A great A great option for a well priced hotel next to the beach. Nice place and owners. However the mattresses are not of high quality and the water didn't get hot. But still ok value for money. The best stay ever! They where so nice and welcoming, it was a bless to stay at there hotel, I would highly recomend it! And sooo close to the beach and restaurants, and just a 15 min walk to the cosy and beautiful old town. Staff were friendly well informed and warm. Outdoor pool area is fabulous and the restaurant offers great service and value for money. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless and lovely touches like the percale linen and pristine thick toweling we loved! They left us thrilled with their special gift and overall treatment. You must stay here in mykonos! The hotel is all in all excellent! The views are breathtaking, both from the pool level and from the sea view rooms. The sunset from here is stunning! The balconies offer privacy from adjacent balconies. The restaurant is unlike other hotel restaurants, it is top class! It offers great fresh and local food and amazing cocktails. The hosts and the staff are all very wel The hosts and the staff are all very welcoming. You will require a car or some other form of private transportation to enjoy this hotel at its maximum if you also wish to explore the island. The city centre and Vasilikos area are only a minute drive with a car. The West and North parts of the island would be an hour's drive. A negative for us was that you have to pass the Argassi town to get to the hotel which can get quite crowded and conjested. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Kostas, the front office manager took very good care of us , He was gracious and helpful. The breakfast staff were efficient, professional and very nice, I took off 2 stars for the hamam which is a steam room and was not working well For our time there , but management made it up to us. The pool and rooftop deck are b The pool and rooftop deck are beautiful, Nice long pool for length swimming but hours in the winter season November a bit short, so not open for a morning swim before heading out or an evening swim after a long day out. Jacuzzi, cold , Sauna and gym open though. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience. Close to everything. Rooms lovely, a good size and cleaning staff very good as well. Thank you for a good home base in Athens for a week. Best Wishes, jamie from Canada. This hotel is near the airport so we use it as a base and travel to other islands from it. For us , the location is excellent because it is very, very close to the airport -you can see and hear the planes land. This might be a problem for other users but like the fact that the area is otherwise very quiet. A lot of Santorini has been ruined because it is s touristy and A lot of Santorini has been ruined because it is s touristy and busy. The hotel has a fantastic pool and the rooms are simple but nice. The most notable thing about this hotel is the staff who are exemplary. They are so helpful and friendly and for us, this is important because we are constantly booking taxis, car hire, ferries etc. We had 12 people in our group, and we used five rooms at the hotel. Everyone had a wonderful experience. The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was always great, especially the breakfasts!! The pool service was lovely, too. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay at Oia Mare. Oia Mare is a wonderful, romantic botique hotel. My husband and I stayed in a Superior Suite. We had outstanding views; we could watch the sun set from our balcony! The room was spacious and clean; the bath was clean as well very important attribute to me in any hotel stay and was supplied with good towels. The bed was comfortabl The bed was comfortable-- not too hard or soft. The hotel staff was friendly and handled issues promptly. We had some ants in our room and they addressed it right away. The hotel offered nice touches like a complementary bottle of wine for us to enjoy when watching the sunset. The location is fantastic. The villas are located half way down the cliff. The hotel seems to be just far enough away from the congested main pedestian thoroughfares; therefore, it is quiter. In just a few minutes walk you can reach shops or restaurants. The flip side though is that the hotel may be tough to reach for those who have physical challenges; there are a lot of stairs and switchbacks to the main street. We did not use the pool, but did use the community deck chairs--a great place to hang out for the day. The continental breakfast was okay; cold foods were much better than hot foods. If you are driving, try to park at the Hellenic Post Office. It is the lot that is closest to the Best Western where you check in ; the Oia Mare porter will then meet you to help you with your bags. The Oia Mare is a great place to relax and recharge; I can't wait to go back. I did expect that The Golden Age of Athens would be a pleasant hotel but the hotel, its staff and services have surpassed my expectations. The help desk was truly helpful Thank you Eleni!!! The rooms were spacious and very neat as well as modern and the breakfast was one of the best I've had on my travels. Thank you!!! Booked into the hotel for the final two nights of our trip to Greece. The rooftop pool was a real drawcard as we were looking to relax prior to the pending long flights. We, and other couples and their children were unable to enjoy the pool area due obscene language and unacceptable drunken behaviour by a group of young males and females. The staff did nothing about The staff did nothing about it, other than continue to serve alcohol to them. I wrote to the manager expressing my disappointment in a constructive manner, however did not even receive a response. Very disappointing. The check in was very easy as they knew we were coming and everything was all ready. The view is just stunning. The disappearing edge opens out into the sea with the volcanic island rising out. Our room was ready and they carried our bags down from the car park no easy feat THE ROOM: we were in room recommended , a junior suite. It is a cave style room and ju It is a cave style room and just incredible. All white with curtains and round ceilings and a mezzanine area. Our own kitchen and very spacious bathroom. We were slack jawed. And then our welcome glasses of local soft fizz arrived. The room also has an iPod music dock. We, being greedy, had sparkling wine, fruit, eggs, local pastries every morning. This is made off site and brought to you everyday. They booked restaurants, made recommendations, booked cars, day excursions, dropped us off at the airport etc. All great. The shaved head Croatian guy is phenomenal, friendly and well-informed. VALUE: so we found a good online deal and we could not believe our luck. Santorini and Caldera views don't come cheap. This is perfect is perfect for honeymoons and romantic weekends. At 3x the price we would find this place great value. In terms of in Fira, it's about a 15 min walk into town. You need to be fit. There's a lot of stairs coming up from the hotel. If you need disabled access I'm not sure if this is a practical place to stay but you will have this all around the caldera. It's a must stay. We are so glad we went. The hotel was really lovely. We had an electrical issue in our room late in the evening and were offered another room, but preferred to stay put. The issue was quickly resolved the next morning. The staff was excellent, from the free transfers, to the reception and wait staff. The dinner was one of the best we had during our two- week stay on Greece. The view was spec The view was spectacular and access to the city very easy. I would definitely make a return trip and highly recommend it. We got on the train from the airport and got of at Syntagma station where the hotel is just about a minute walk away. Syntagma is the best place to stay and Astor hotel is one of the good price hotel. Since we arrived about 8am, the room was not yet available we have the impression that this hotel is always fully booked so better book early. Check in staff was very f Check in staff was very friendly and guaranteed us the best room but only after 12nn. We therefore went on the tour first. Check in staff also very helpful in giving out information on where to go and how to go about. Upon our return, we got a room on the top floor i suppose the suites with the view of the Acropolis! It was perfect! The room is very clean, the toilet is also clean and spacious enough. We had a very huge balcony! I recommend this hotel for leisure or business. Big fat dumb dollars talk louder right now here and they aren't afraid to complain when everything's not like it is back home spot the oxymoron , so it's just catered for instead. Ok you give money we make everything like you want it even if it's not even remotely Greek. Efcharisto bye bye see next year. What a gem this place is. Perfect location for exploring Plaka, Monestraki flea market and the Acropolis. Just steps away from the main shopping street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in your room. The hotel also has a lift so getting to your room is not an issue. One of the best boutique hotels we stayed in in the last few years. We booked totally 6 hotels for our trip to Greece. Kymothoe Elite is no doubt the best one! The room is very cozy and well equipped. It has a beautiful pool and the view is devine. The owner Nikos is a very warm-hearted person. He gave us a lot of useful advice for the trip in Zakynthos and helped us with a safe car rental. He even showed us secluded beach of the hotel He even showed us secluded beach of the hotel for our wedding photoshoot. We're so lucky to have chosen Kymothoe for our stay. It definitely gives the most memorale experience! This villa has an incredible sunset view. We were all in awe as we watch the sun slowly disappear in the horizon. The staffs are amazing, especially Demitris the manager, who is very hospitable and never fails to attend to our needs. Amazing hotel, right on the beach! I was there with my husband for 6 night and we had the best time. Initially we planned to visit every day another beach on Kasandra, however when we saw how close and nice the private beach of the hotel was, we stayed entire time there. Sun beds are included in the price, so you do not need to pay extra. We had Breakfast and dinner in We had Breakfast and dinner included, and was perfect. Very good and lots of choices, every night was something else from where you can choose salats, chicken, pork, beef, fruits, pasta, sweets, etc. Rooms are big, with balcony, nice view and very clean. There is also spa, we had massage twice. Not the best, however I would recommend for relaxation. There is private parking, we left our car inside entire time. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main area, where all the restaurants and bars are. Overall, the room, the private beach, the food variety, the pool were amazing and we would definitely recommend and will come back. Guys, if you want someone to order food and beer on the beach, cut the prices, you can ask 6 euros for a glass of house wine on the beach! In the first night I was bitten 11 times!!!! Unacceptable for a 4 start hotel. Boheme was one of the most memorable, best visits we have ever had. The staff is incredible, location unbeatable, amenities top notch - we will be back. The hotel room panoramic had a nice view in part but wasn't panoramic as we looked on both sides at apartment buildings level2 Room was very very tired with old furniture in bad condition, peeling wall paper and stain on walls - zero sound proofing, we had to introduce ourselves at 4 am to the group of young men returning home from a night out as it was like they w The hotel room panoramic had a nice view in part but wasn't panoramic as we looked on both sides at apartment buildings level2 Room was very very tired with old furniture in bad condition, peeling wall paper and stain on walls - zero sound proofing, we had to introduce ourselves at 4 am to the group of young men returning home from a night out as it was like they were sitting at the end of our bed Bathroom whilst renovated was badly designed with new spa shower head sending water onto floor meaning every time you soaked the towels on floor- if that's 5 star I would be terrified to click and book a three star in Greece Roof top pool views and Resturant views were awesome of Greece and accropolis but pricey, 7 euros for ml of Coke for example and 14 euros for a Jim beam Do t have a problem paying a bill- but if you say 5 star and charge like five star it should be five star- not three star. I have to be honest and say that I was quite disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well staffed. However the only staff who impressed me was the porter. When we checked in and were brought to our suite it was a loft , we were quite shocked to see that the suite did not have any windows except a tiny one at the upstairs of When we checked in and were brought to our suite it was a loft , we were quite shocked to see that the suite did not have any windows except a tiny one at the upstairs of the loft where only the minibar and a couch was situated , much less a view. We had to ask if they had any other rooms available for them to give us a room with a view - but not before the staff told me something about how we booked a deluxe room and they had already upgraded us etc. She was polite about it, but all the hassle we had to wait quite a while for the change and confusion was not how we had planned the start of our stay there. The room we got in the end was okay, but for the price we paid it was nothing impressive at all. They had a heated pool in the hotel, but the temperature of the water was still too cold for any human beings to frolick in - anyone who took a deep came back up freezing within 10 minutes. Staff performance was also not fantastic - we had received much more personalised and attentive service elsewhere. All in all I would say for the price I would rather stay at Grace. Booked the 2 bed apartment on the bottom floor. Massive living room with old charm. Kitchen and 2nd bathroom was separate opposite the terrace. Hot tub was heated and was lovely. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, but dionysis was very helpful and immediately bought us insect repellent. Overall he was attentive to all our needs. Wonderful stay. We came for 4 days just to relax, read a book and enjoy the sun.. I have to say that at first we were in shock of how nice the people and the stuff treated us! The hotel is isolated and have the best facilities with the best view! In general there are no families with lots of kids in the hotel, so it always quit and relaxing. The spa treatments were amazing to, the stuff really know their work, highly professional and very kind. Food, you cannot go wrong no matter what restaurant in the resort you choose to eat in, also the room service food is high quality and come fast! My husband and I stayed for 3 days with our friends. Lovely greeting by the reception staff on our arrival who showed us around the hotel and invited us for a free cocktail. Pool and views are spectacular. Hotel put on a shuttle bus to the village which was fab but a taxi ride was only 5E. All in all a great trip! Everything you wanted or requested for, they present it gracefully. Very very helpful staff. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday when we were out. They even hang our clothes for us. Jacuzzi and the candles makes everything very romantic. We can have br Had a great three nights here and the staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, but our only issue was that we were given a room that is was said to be an 'upgrade' without being asked first. It wasn't the room we booked originally and we didn't want it, as the indoor pool made it incredibly humid. Unfortunately, we were forced to stay there the first night befo Unfortunately, we were forced to stay there the first night before being moved to the room we wanted originally. Since we were only staying 3 nights and the hotel was a big splurge, that was a bit disappointing. However, overall we had a nice stay and the staff tried their best to make us happy. Would stay again, but be more clear about wanting to stick to the room we reserved. The terraces are wonderful. Every night was spectacular watching the sunset with wine in the hot tub or on the patio while hundreds of others are crowding the castle above or streets to catch a glimpse, it was really very special! The rooms are beautiful and fitting with the Oia building style. Elias and the staff were wonderful and made our honeymoon stay a breeze. He recommended great restaurants each night and helped us with reservations. We loved going to the pool everyday in the evening for a drink and a dip in the pool as well. Also, it is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Everything was wonderful! Excellent, fantastic service, luxurious rooms, great food at the roof top restaurant, a great location right in the centre of Athens, best views of the city skyline and the Acropolis. It is truely a great hotel, you could not ask for better. I will definitely be back again and book a bigger suite next time round! Beautiful hotel with the perfect location. The room was very clean and the views were spectacular. Lastly, beware using the concierge to book things.. They were suppose to call us a transfer car from the port at Mykonos and forgot! We were left stranded with no taxis and no car services in sight. Luckily found some other travelers who offered room in their transfer car. All in all, beautiful place- good vibe and kind employees. Very friendly staff. Spectacular views glorious pool and an amazing array of delicious choices for breakfast both healthy and not so healthy. The trip down to the beach was made so easy by the shuttle service provided which was regular and efficient. We were even spoilt at the beach with a private section and beach waiter! This hotel was our first stop in Greece. While we're quite satisfied with the hotel, soon we found there are better hotels in much better location and with much better staff service. It's not like this hotel service is disappointing, but many other hotels in Greece go the extra length to ensure great personalized service to the guests. Location-wise, it's rather dist Location-wise, it's rather distant from the Acropolis and the city center. Fortunately the hotel provided free shuttle service to go to those areas of interest. The hotel is very nice, albeit that we travelling in off season and therefore, it was not at it's best. The outside pool was closed due to the season and there was lots of maintenance taking place. We were not disappointed however, as it is almost expected out of season. The spa is good. My only criticisms would be the following; The AC in the room is not user frie My only criticisms would be the following; The AC in the room is not user friendly. We suffered with the room being too hot and unfortunately the hotel staff were not helpful at all with getting this resolved. Not the receptionists fault as she was very attentive and arranged for engineer visits, but the engineers themselves were useless. My only other negative was the restaurant in the evening. The menu itself really needs to be changed. Being vegetarian, the options were also incredibly limited. We would recommend this hotel, it was generally a great standard and the staff on reception at the bar were faultless. A dream come true. The best stay we could ever imagine. Best hotel I've been to. Staff is superb, hotel gorgeous and super clean, the view incredible. We had a private jacuzzi in our balcony. I would go back tomorrow, everything was perfect. We came during the winter season so the hotel was relatively quiet and we had the full attention of all the staff present, who were really helpful from the outset. Not only did they sit down with us and provide us with suggestions on the places to visit, they also helped us to arrange all our transportation for the 2 days we were there. The restaurant's food was absolu The restaurant's food was absolutely splendid and the prices, for food of that high a standard, were very reasonable. The rooms were lovely and very well designed and the beds were comfortable. Nothing like waking up to the sound and the view of the sea. We were all very satisfied and we would definitely recommend friends and family, regardless of age, to visit if they were to come to Crete! Overall everything were great view, food, service and staffs. But the room is very small and for the size price is little high. What's the average price of a hotel in Greece?
