I would definitely recommend KLM. Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated. The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane. Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate. Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France. I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight. Not BA fault but The airport security instead. Two hours is way too long for security. The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks the wines were not good - so no real issue there : Just not worth what BA charge. They had about people overbooked. Including me. Crew put it down to a lack of curtain between the two classes. The seats, for a 3hrs55 min flight were just standard seats with middle seat unoccupied. So nothing special apart from the food, which was mediocre. However 2 king prawns does not make a main course salad. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want. Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found. The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline. Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding. To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway from gate to aircraft for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
