Об этом отеле-аппартаментах весьма противоречивые отзывы. Поэтому подробно напишу о том, как всё было. От аэропорта Лараки до отеля автобус развозил туристов 1 ч 40 мин. Мы вышли предпоследними. Расположение Отель точнее гостиничные апартаменты класса С, которые в списке отелей Протараса и Пернеры числятся под номером находится не в Протарасе, а в поселке Пернера в 10 мин. От выхода из отеля до уреза воды менее 50 м. Лежаки на травке у отеля и у бассейна бесплатно, их 70 шт. От крайних лежаков отеля до воды 20 шагов. Отель стоит у мелководной бухты Пернера — до уровня воды по пояс идти 30 м. Любопытно, но в мелководной бухте вода холоднее, чем в открытом море. Поскольку окна всех номеров выходят строго на север, в номерах не бывает солнца и купальник на балконе веревку надо привозить с собой сохнет более суток. Отдыхающие и работники отеля В конце сезона в апартаментах были закрыты 3 и 4 этаж, а заселены первый и второй. Все отдыхающие, около 22 чел, были русскоговорящие. Были женщины с детьми лет и семейные пары за 40 лет. Управляющий отелем Костас по-русски не говорит или не хочет говорить , но сложилось впечатление что понимает. На завтраках и ужинах был официант примерно 45 лет. В баре работает русскоговорящая Нина грузинка по происхождению. Затем на рецепции был только ночной дежурный гид сказала — сейчас днём спящая рецепция. Номера убирала раз в три дня, белье поменяли 1 раз пожилая киприотка. Это весь персонал отеля. Пишу об этом, так как ранее не отдыхал в таком маленьком отеле. Номер Поселял нас Костас в номер , деньги за то чтобы был хороший номер он не взял. У нас был номер на втором по-нашему на 3 этаже. По вселению все проверили, затем позвали Костаса чтобы не было проблем при выезде из отеля и показали ему: - держатель душа в ванной отломан; - лампочка в коридоре сгорела её так за 11 дней и не заменили ; - в холодильнике выломана нижняя полка на дверце, чинить её не стали; - поджиг газа на плите не работает Костас показал — пользуйтесь зажигалкой ; - дверь на балкон из кухни не закрывается. Последнее было наиболее существенно — безопасность. Костас с размаху хлопнул стеклянной дверью на балкон она закрылась и что-то зло буркнув, удалился. Оказалось — фиксатор двери был сломан, и его заменили ржавым винтом. Чтобы закрыть дверь надо надавить вниз на клавишу её открывания и одновременно закрывать её. Чтобы открыть — надавить вниз и открывать. Аналогичная ситуация с окном в спальне. Кстати, уборщица похвалила нас, что мы вызвали Костаса и показали ему дефекты номера. Затем мы обнаружили ещё глубокие трещины длиной по см в фаянсовой «ножке» под умывальником в санузле. К счастью эта «ножка» до нашего отъезда не развалилась. В номере были чашки, 2 стакана один разбитый , 1 кастрюля, сковородки, ложки, вилки, ножи и даже всяческие венчики для взбивания продуктов. Над 2 комфорочной газовой плитой имеется вытяжка. Есть электрочайник, но для его включения в сеть нужен переходник. Разваливающейся мебели в номере мы не обнаружили - вся она было в очень хорошем состоянии. Но если пролить на кухонный стол красное вино, то его нельзя оттереть даже содой. Помогла отбеливающая зубная паста. Действительно подушки в спальне были очень тонкие, но в шкафу в спальне было ещё 3 дополнительных подушки, что решало проблему. Звукоизоляция плохая. В ресторане отеля Policarpia Issak в субботу Все это время музыка была хорошо слышна, хотя звучала с расстояния около м от тыльной стороны отеля то есть через коридор отеля. Ужин В процессе отдыха меню немного менялось, но столь скудного ужина я не видел ни в одном из более 10 отелей разных стран, где отдыхал ранее по системе НВ. Опять таки, экономия для отеля, да и блюд хватит всем. Солнечно, волнение на море в бухте купаться можно было лишь 2 раза. Несколько раз после было облачно и дул прохладный ветер. Однако почти всё время была высокая влажность, быстро ходить дискомфортно обливаешься потом и мокрые вещи сохли более суток. Экскурсии От отеля по приятному променаду за 25 мин. Пляж Fig Three Bay действительно очень хороший. Но на нём толпа народа. Вдоль уреза воды в два ряда стоят коляски с русскими детьми. Чтобы вода была по пояс надо идти около 70 м. Шум, гам, вокруг островка вереница плавсредств — того и гляди, ударят купающихся. Не понравилось. За мин. Если пойти в сторону Паралимни, и свернуть направо за отелем Wildmills то по асфальту мимо довольно большого супермаркета можно за 10 мин. Карту Протараса и Паралимни можно попросить на рецепции. Карту Айя-Напы с обозначенными достопримечательности - в Протарасе в любом турбюро, совмещенном с обменом валют. В Айя—Напе напротив отеля New Famagusta по дорожке можно пройти к римскому акведуку длиной 1,3 км. Охраняется Юнеско. Ещё в Айя-Напе рядом с отелем New Famagusta интересный Муниципальный морской музей вход 4 е , в нескольких минутах ходьбы от него на центральной площади Этнографический дом-музей Айя-Напы с забавными сувенирами, большая церковь Панагия напротив которой стена с портретами христианских святых, а далее монастырь Айя-Напа. Оттуда минут за можно дойти до марины Айя-Напы. Это самый большой корабль в Протарасе со стеклянным дном и аквариумом на борту. Он подходит к мертвому городу Фамагусты ближе, чем остальные, поездка длиться 2,5 ч а не 2 как у остальных. На борту предлагают приветственный напиток и угощают дыней. Туры по Кипру мы покупали в турагенстве напротив отеля Crone Resort Alamaris это вроде как центральная площадь Пернеры — там стоянка такси, куча ресторанов, кафе, отделение банка и т. Идти туда от Pola Costa Beach около 5 мин. Мы брали 2 автобусных тура: Фамагуста-Кирения км, нужен паспорт, 42 е, 11 ч 20 мин. Цена тура вдвое ниже, чем у принимающей стороны Attica Holidays. Тур Фамагуста-Кирения по северному Кипру более интересен, так как смотрели 5 объектов, но очень не понравился старый город Кирении, так как в нём просто опасно ходит по стенам крепости — высота метров 10, а ограждение отсутствует. В музеях не приняты элементарные меры для безопасности посетителей. При нас один турист сильно разбил голову при входе в Казематы-музей. Вход туда низкий, но это никак не обозначено. Также шатаются под ногами мостки на втором этаже в музее затонувшего древнего корабля. Тур Кикос-Афродита более продолжителен, в нём лучше сидеть с правой стороны автобуса. Берите с собой теплую одежду и зонтик — в горах прохладно и дождливо. Тур с религиозной направленностью, но позволяет осмотреть большую часть южного Кипра и искупаться в бухте Афродиты. Очень не понравилось, что в программе тура значиться: «в стоимость тура включена дегустация вина в деревне Омодос». На практике оказалось, что это просто местные жители за свой счёт дают попробовать местные вина и чачу. Мы, конечно, их попробовали, но чувствовали себя неуютно. В ресторанах любое на выбор кипрское национальное блюдо — 8 е. Рыбное мезе можно заказать не менее 2 порций - е. Вдвоем нереально съесть даже одно мясное мезе. Мясное мини-мезе которое можно заказать одно оказалось, что его более чем достаточно для двоих — е. Инциденты Вечером на ужине перед поездкой в тур Фамагуста-Кирения мы попросили официанта, чтобы нам приготовили на завтра с собой ланч-пакет. Потом об этом же просили Костаса. Он вначале заявил, что не понимает по-русски, а потом при общении на английском сказал, мол, уже поздно и он не может. На следующее утро , завтрак с ночной дежурный выяснил, что ничего для нас не приготовили. В автобусе мы были единственные без ланч-пакетов. Перед поездкой Кикос-Афродита мы уже утром обратились к Костасу с просьбой приготовить ланч-пакеты. Он переадресовал нас к Нине, которая сообщила, что вообще-то они этого не делают, но для нас сделают исключение. В итоге в мы получили у неё две довольно большие булочки с нарезкой, которые и съели на следующее утро с купленными в магазине помидорами. У апартаментов два бассейна. Циркуляции воды в них нет. За 11 дней мы ни разу не видели, чтобы их чистили. В маленьком бассейне на дне у бортика лежит куча песка. Циркуляция воды в бассейнах замечена не была. Конечно, купаться в них нельзя. Я об этом сказал одной из русских туристок она оказалась знакомой Костаса которая регулярно плавала в большом бассейне. В день отъезда Костас у нас долго выяснял: а почему я это сказал туристке, а зачем и т. Остался очень неприятный осадок. При входе на территорию отеля стоит таз с водой, в котором по идее надо мыть ноги от песка. К середине дня вода в нём уже чёрная см. Просто надо не купаться в отельном бассейне, учитывать сложный характер управляющего Костаса и спокойно питаться однообразной пищей. Главное что не понравилось в отеле — муравьи. А так - спокойное теплое море очень близко. Бесплатные лежаки и зонты. Удобный и приятный променад. Рядом куча магазинов, ресторанов и остановка автобусов. В пределах досягаемости пешком и на рейсовом автобусе куча интересных мест. Зная особенности отеля, сами решаете ехать или не ехать в Pola Costa Beach. Отдыхали семьей в августе год. В отеле только русские и украинцы. У отеля прекрасное расположение, все номера выходят на море. Прекрасная зеленая зона с видом на море, за ней начинается общественный пляж. На лежаках и зонтиках значительная экономия. На этом все положительное заканчивается. Номер большой, чистый, но постель желает лучшего. Синтетическая, рвая, серо-желтая. По запаху вроде бы стираная, пахла свежестью, но вид УЖАС. Полотенца такие же. О еде хочется поговорить отдельно. Завтраки и ужины н икогда не начинались вовремя. Завтрак начинался с , а ужин с , Если у вас маленькие дети, то это большой минус. На ужин собиралась большая очередь, как в старые советские времена и протянутой тарелкой все двигались к раздаче. Мясо и рыбу выдавали порционно. Я не любитель поесть и то оставалась голодной, а мужчинах и говорить нечего. Если подождать и прийти немного позже, то брать нечего. Просишь принести на тебя смотрят так как будто ты у них в долг взял. Приносят и бросают как собакам кость. А о разнообразии блюд и фруктах даже не мечтайте. У нас нет культа еды, но такого плохого питания мы не видели не в одной гостинице. Это тот случай когда я не поверила отзывам на российких сайтах, а зря Отель расположен на самом берегу моря, все номера имеют вид на море. Бухта с песчаным дном, очень хорошо подходит для детей, в основном здесь отдыхают семьи с детьми. Убирают раз в дня,график уборки непонятен. Берите с собой шампунь и т. Питание очень однообразное. Хорошо бы завтраки разнообразить и еще косяк, почему то не позволяют занимать лежаки, которые расположены на травке рядом с отелем, для чего они предназначены это загадка, видимо для интерьера. Если приходишь на завтрак или ужин спустя минут 15 от его начала, то практически ничего не остается! На завтрак есть кофе машина, на ужин напитки платные. Бассейн при отеле освещается, но после 7 вечера плавать в нем не разрешают! Рядом огороженная веревкой территория другого бара, если зайдешь на нее - тебя сразу же деликатно прогонят оттуда. Свои напитки даже не алкоголь взять вниз и посидеть за столиком нельзя. Не всегда есть персонал на ресепшене, иногда приходилось долго ждать, когда кто-нибудь подойдет.
