An excellent hotel, it has one of the best reserved beaches of Mazatlan, a very good place to stay. Great location friendly staff. Rooms could use better lighting and more mirrors, but overall a good vacation spot. A lot of things to do at night right around the corner. Great place to spend the day. Nice pool and beach access. Food is good and service is real good. We have spent a few days there and will be going more yet before our trip ends. Rooms are weird but not bad Not the best but not bad at all. Nice room and resort. Came there on motorcycle from Calgary and even though I looked like hell covered in asphalt filth I was treated like a king. Parked my bike by lobby where they always had 2 security people 24hrs a day. Very good location! It is a basic 4 star hotel. I went with my family for the New Year vacation and enjoyed the trip a lot, however I used the hotel mostly to sleep and only really used their facilities on one day. The food is good, the morning buffet isnt the biggest but the food was good. I like a lot of the view it has of the sea and the island in front. Also, what I loved about the hotel was the dinner of New Years Eve and the fireworks they had were amazing. I would recomend the hotel, specially if you are on a bit of a budget and cant afford a 5 star hotel. In the web side, the hotel looks pretty, bit isnt And i only went to swim on the beach of hotel, because i stayed playa Mariana hotel, so far. Everything was really nice, everyone on service was so kind to me and my family. The best location possible, rooms are great, service is good and overall it is with no doubt the best place you will find in mzt for the price. Very good service, tacos were super tasty and amazing guacamole. This place has a great location on the beach with a great view. Ramada Resort is Definitely one of the Best Deals according to price-quality ratio. It has the Perfect location for both partying and relaxing; it is in the resort zone but a few steps away from party environment. We stayed in one or their King Suites for 3 nights. It was nice that they had a kitchenette with a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a hot pan. The pools are nice and we had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean from our window. There are very big supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. The staff was all friendly. The WiFi was quite fast around 10mbps , but it seemed to cut out a bit randomly. Sometimes we had to disconnect and reconnect. Overall a really nice place. Service was the best. We went there on vacations for a night, but had to get some work done which ended being impossible since there is almost no wifi signal in the room. We asked for a room with a view and yes, there was a view, but it was partial. I was a little disappointed. The pool and beach facilities are good. My first visit was great, which was why I returned again. Even after telling them. Terrible service. It was a great experience. So many people were attracted to the fun at the event I would definitely return. The season was low but still great service. This place can be expensive for rooming but has a really nice experience and customer service. The pool on its own is huge and the place is set next to the beach. Those who stay at the resort get free passes to the club that is connected to the resort and no line is required simply show your bracelet and go in. There is a gym available to use and an executive lounge with computers. Overall the experience was great.
