Очень отзывчивый и все время помогал. Прилетали в аэропорт, откуда нам был организован трансфер прямо до отеля. Самостоятельно добираться можно на машине, общественным транспортом, пожалуй, будет слишком долго и трудно. Долмуш местный автобус ездит только от деревни до трассы, а на трассе нужно будет ловить что-то ещё. Хозяин встретил, провел до бунгало, рассчитывались с ним за проживание только через день, так что про вопросы оплаты сразу голова забита не была. Территория состоит из нескольких бунгало и внутреннего дворика с гамаками, шезлонгами и столиками. Тропинки между бунгало и кухней выложены мраморной плиткой и приподняты над землёй. На каждом бунгало есть веранда со столом и стульями. Для детей установлены шалаши и мини-бассейны. У входа на территорию стоит кухня и терасса, где подают завтраки и ужины. Завтрак включен в стоимость, ужин за отдельную плату. Чай в течение дня можно налить себе бесплатно, остальные напитки за отдельную плату. Ужин нужно заказывать до 3 часов этого же дня, время ужина любое. Ужин в основном простой, какие-то более-менее сытные блюда нужно брать за отдельную плату. Стоит попробовать, прежде чем ходить в рестораны в центре. Бунгало стоят близко, но поставлены так, чтобы друг другу не мешать. Окна спален выходят или на зелень или на другое бунгало, во внутренний двор окон почти нет. В каждом бунгало есть кондиционер или два. Кондиционеры чистые, работают хорошо. Постельное бельё, полотенца, туалетную бумагу и принадлежности меняют только по запросу, уборка также делается по запросу. Бунгало закрываются на ключ с брелком, который включает электричество - без ключа в бунгало электричества нет. Бунгало изнутри отделаны доской, на полу также доска. В ванной комнате на полу плитка. В бунгало были: холодильник с маленькой морозильной камерой, чайник, пластиковый стакан для чая, полотенце банное и обычное, подушки и постельное белье, декоративные подушки, два кондици. We stayed here as three friends one night. Staff was kind. The hotel was beautiful in terms of price-performance. The cars near the beach of the belt, the cars nearby by car could park their cars in the nearby municipal park. The rooms and walls were clean. The bathroom and shower were good. Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff were incredible, rooms were out of this world stayed in the villas , food was to die for theme changes every night , pool was great never too busy and always enough room to go for a swim. I came to this hotel with a broken ankle so going from the villa to the pool or beach was quite strenuous on crutches but the bell boy mehmet kindly gave me his number so that I could message him if I needed a lift anywhere in the buggy at any time and he was there. This was such a life saver and I will always be thankful for how helpful he was. My grandmother is also 88 so she had the same problem and he we always there for my grandma as well. The lunch at the sunset bar on the beach was incredible every time with a wood burning oven for the pizza which was crazy! She was always so kind and happy and became a good friend by the end of the holiday. Finally I wanted to say about Dilan on the entertainment team. She was always so friendly and funny and became a very good friend of our family, so much so she sat with our family for evening meals some nights! She was so good a her job but also a really nice caring girl. My grandmother had a little fall while we were at the hotel which was very stressful for her and for us but dilan always took time out of her day to sit and talk to her. My wife and my 7-month-old son and I chose this place after reading the comments on our first holiday. It was a perfect holiday. The hotel has its own transfer. They wanted to meet with us immediately. As for the other staff, from the cleaner to the reception, all the staff are so friendly. Magic Sun Hotel. Family-trip, we stayed at the hotel over a weekend. The hotel has a old style and gives a really worn-down inpression. Looked like a power-failure and we had to use a flashlight to locate our room. Wi-fi is only free in the lobby. Check-in takes way too long, and we were the only ones at the desk the whole time. A lot of paper-signing, seems out-dated. It was OK that there was a person from the staff showing us some parts of the hotel. But she spoke moslty Russian and not English. Which brings me to All the staff spoke either Russian or Turkish. At night it was disco rusisan songs and very loud at day time by the pool. Would NOT recommend for familys. And NO roomservice making up bess etc. This is NOT good enugh. A small balcony was nice, but dirthy. Bathroom was small, no were to leave your tolilet bags etc. The big pool was often overcrowded, and the water slide was not working. Someone from staff fixed it after sime time, but again Both adults and children used the slide 2 and 3 person at the same time. This is really dangerus! There seemed to be no staff supervising the pool, making it risky. Genrally this was all inclusive. But the main dining area was too small when all the guest arrive at the same time. At breakfast only fried eggs, no other options. Also orange juice machine not working the whole time we were there. This is not acceptable. Plates was dirthy and no knife or fork easy available. Food looked generally fresh and tasted good. But there were no system and rude guests who did not respect standing in line. The whole dining experience felt rushed, like a battle. Staff was generally ok, but not very fortcomming and only shook their head when we asked for something. It was nice and OK price, but again, it looked a bit worn-down. This hotel needs renovation! Also, whats with the closing the bar for drinks at 22? This led to huge lines and a lot of people at the bar judt before closing. I wouldnt really recommend this for families. The evning show looked like a rave party. Extremly loud music. The hotel beach is about half a km walk. Signs are poorly placed, making it hard to find. Beach cafe did not take card. The place looked shabby sadly. A small worn out shower, and a hose! There were some walk-ways Just lying on the sand leading directly to the sea. Again, some renovation would help! Build some sort of elevated walk-way like the beach-hotel on the other side. Where you could jump and climb etc. Food is perfect. All kind of meats on every meal, beef chicken fish also somethimes lamb and liver. And very good taste. Soft drinks are also high quality. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar. Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I first traveled to Turkey in October. The trip was spontaneous so the choice was small, it took 5 nights. There was not so much offer for such a period of time. The hotel is simple and very good value for money in my opinion. The food is simple, fresh local dishes with lots of accompanying classic salads, cheeses, cold cuts and desserts. It is reasonably quiet which we quite enjoyed however there are lots of reasonably priced Restaurants and bars that are just a 10 minute walk, or a free shuttle bus away if you decide you want a little more excitement. Номера старые, маленькие и тусклое освещение, но у нас все было в рабочем состоянии: фен, кондей, розетки, унитаз, телевизор, пульты итп. Полотенца выдают сколько тебе надо. Заход в море отвратительный. Или сразу плыви или покупай тапки. Но вода чистейшая. Еда не плохая. Каждый день гриль вечером и утром на гриле что-то из яиц и панкейки. Кто пишет, что еда однообразная, да , котлет и стейков нет, морепродуктов тоже естественно. Но это Вам не дома. Рыба на гриле через день, рыба запеченая каждый день. Курица разная. С мясом все грустно, но опять же на любителя. Рис, макароны, овощи, фаршированный перцы итп каждый день. Единственное, приходите на ужин раньше, реально противень с мясом замещают на запеченные овощи в середине ужина. Фрукты есть всегда позиций Сладостей тоже достаточно, каждый себе что-то присмотрит. Я не пью, но муж сказал, что алкоголь лучше чем в предыдущем отеле. Нет мороженного, но оно есть в магазине. Всё однообразно, меняются только люди, аниматоры не хотят разнообразить свою программу. Лежаки: полотенца выдают. Хоть каждый день меняй мы так и делали: вечером сдавали, утром приходили за новыми. Лежаков достаточно, если занимать, то только у бассейна. У бассейна лучше берите ближе к горки, так как ближе к выходу примерно в 16 уже не будет солнца. Минусы: Приехали поздно нас покормили и если нужно алкоголь сказали, что вам он будет бесплатный и после Это жесть. В ванне стоит вода и не уходит, поэтому плесень на двери и в комнате пахнет плесенью, окна выходят на помойку. Мы уже думали, что это аут. Но нет, утром нас переселили в номер на выбор. Но когда мы сказали, что инвалиды тоже люди и как им жить в таком номере , администратор просто тупо промолчал. У нас был бесплатный, в начале сезона был платный. Поэтому правила меняются. Уезжали в 6 утра и попросили боксы. Нас записали и по итогу сказали, что ничего не оставляли. Четно, обидно. Greenwood Kemer Resort. Arrived very late and greeted by lovely gentleman who set up our WiFi and swiftly got us to our room and gave us some snacks too. Was upgraded to a family room with 2 rooms and a bathroom and was lovely and spacious and clean. Shower was good. No air con manager did offer to move us to one with better air con but would be smaller Pools were much more than we expected and was so pleased that the kids got to experience the water park as well as the main pool. And the adults liked it too! Food was good, lots of variety for us all to try. And the classic chips and spagetti for my fussy 7 year old although we made him try the other foods, he always had backup Kids loved all the mocktails too and barmen were always happy to let mine mix it up and try different combinations. We were at the hotel at the end of April We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. It was all inclusive and i went 1 day with out being able to drink a malibu and coke kept saying me dont understand then when 1 lad did no what i was on about he saud bottle empty you have to go upstairs get a drink! Food was no good never catered for english people at all. My kids got told off for jumping in pool and was not allowed to have drinks and icecreams in indoor pool then 5 mins later the lifegaurd let a turkish family sit an have beers and icecreams by the pool and even watch them dive head first in the pool!! This is our 3rd visit to the Rixos chain of hotels and we are impressed! The Rixos Beldibi was fantastic and staff were friendly from the moment we arrived there. If going, take advantage of free transfer and entry to Land of Legends Park. Room We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor with a view of the gardens and sea. I wanted to bring the bed home with us as was so comfortable! The room was spotless and maid service did a great job especially with the towel animals. Restaurants The breakfast buffet had an expansive range and choice, I think we had different things every day and never got tired of the selection. The patisserie had a selection of cakes and biscuits that changed each day and a good range of Teas and Coffees that complimented them. I was very partial to a Turkish Coffee and cake mid-morning and my waistline shows it after the trip! It felt like we were in an upmarket restaurant. With our stay we had a single a la carte diner at the Italian, where we sat on the veranda. There were many courses, and we especially enjoyed the ravioli which was creamy and rich. Bars The range of branded drinks was extensive, and wines were tasty. There were at least 4 different types of beers with range and flavour. The lobby bar was quiet, and we spent most of our time at the beach bar, where the evening entertainment was. Pool The main pool was split in two level and there was a separate kids pool. It was clean and well looked after with friendly lifeguards. There were plenty of sun loungers providing a picturesque view of the mountains catching the sun through till around 4 pm ish. Beach The beach had plenty of sun loungers and cabanas and we always found a space. Swimming in the sea was refreshing and safe and I saw a few fish. We loved the pier and getting afternoon sun looking back at the hotel and views, especially when sipping an ice coffee. Entertainments The staff worked hard and provided a varied entertainment schedule. During the day there were many activities you were free to join in with we tried tennis, basketball, and a bit of table tennis. Over the week in the evening there was karaoke and a music quiz and we had a laugh. For us it was pitched at the right level however a younger crowd may want a bit more.
