I rinsed them, and was disappointed to see that the inside has quite the texture to it. The coating is really nice on the outside, but the inside is still It has texture and never quite looks clean. This was no big deal really though, so I moved forward with drying them out. My girlfriend who was semi-recently safely converted from the cult of veganism already had her qualms about this being a REAL horn, but I had convinced her that it was making use of a part that would otherwise be wasted. Within about 30 seconds the sideways leaning stand showed that it could not in fact support the horn when it has liquid in it. The whole thing toppled over spilling all over the brand new carpet my girlfriend had just purchased. So at the time of this post I am returning my Alehorns in order to help save my relationship lol Unfortunately, the craftsmanship is just not on par with what I had hoped. You can see in the attached photos that the rim of the cup is also not well attached and even has some chipping of the horn and glue.
