The taste is not that sweet, which I prefer. Over all there is not a bad word I could say about this rum, however I expected to find something else than just a good but tasteless sipper. Великолепный цвет - благородное красное дерево - к сожалению, теряется при добавлении воды, но на эту жертву приходится идти. Это не ром на каждый день, и не ром для весёлых посиделок в компании с друзьями, это ром для уединённого отдыха с соблюдением всех необходимых для его питья процедур. В целом ром очень хороший, но цена его завышена. Aroma is rich and strong: plum and cherry are present as well as tobacco and leather. Aroma is complicated and it takes time to fully sense it. Taste becomes mild and exposes itself after adding some water. Wood and tobacco notes, some citrus, burnt sugar and chocolate in the background. You have to make this sacrifice tho.
