I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. After a lengthy argument, they finally located our reservation, but the trouble didn't end there. For the same money, go to Greece, Montenegro or Turkey for the vacation you deserve, add a little more and go to Egypt, which is years ahead of them in terms of hospitality. This is very much a French hotel, everyone speaks in French, daytime games are in French, evening entertainment is in French and even the signs around the hotel are all in French. The rooms are very basic with only one socket available In a room suitable for 4 people, I would recommend bringing an extension lead, on a positive note the beds are super comfortable. Brilliant holiday from start to finish. Staff are so friendly and helpful, greeting you every day with a nod or a smile.
