I had a pass with a gate 15 and was waiting in Moscow for the boarding. They changed it to the gate 2. They call my name but the pronunciation was completely wrong. At one point, I became worried and asked for help. AT this point I realized that I had to run to the gate 2 which was a mile away from my gate. To make a long story short - when I reached the gate 2 it was closed already and the company forced me to buy a new ticket to St. I was not alone who was late to the gate.
