Начну с того, что в Болгарии не были около 10 лет, поэтому ехали с некоторыми предубеждениями. Отель выбрали случайно, подкупило, что он новый, хорошо расположен и с современным интерьером. Отдыхали 11 ночей, за это время время мнение менялось каждый день в лучшую сторону. Номер наш был на 4 этаже с видом на соседний отель и боковым видом на море. Днём солнце не палит в окна, в номере не было духоты, кондиционер включали редко. Кровати широкие, с новыми матрацами, двухместная тахта, много полок, 2 зеркала, холодильник. Чистейшее постельное бельё, полотенца. Уборка ежедневная, но хотелось бы, чтобы пол убирали тщательнее. Есть вопросы по строительству, но это не относится к сервису. Персонал отеля очень вежливый, старались решить все вопросы, каждая просьба была услышана. Напитки в отеле, около бассейна и на пляже в свободном доступе до Коктейли, вино, пиво, соки, вода. Если хотелось съесть что-то новое, шли в кафе неподалёку, цены умеренные. Хотелось бы обратиться к туристам, люди, не курите около детей на террасе, не курите около детского бассейна, отойдите хотя бы. И ещё не мешало бы облагородить парковку около пляжа, но это, видимо, должны сделать местные власти. Море, погода, пляж- всё было супер. И, в целом, отдых удался.
