All in all, beautiful location, the resort is huge and right by the beach, a nice strip you can walk across and explore. On the plus side there is a very friendly staff service, the hotel itself is attractive and well maintained with a nice pool although needed heating and private beach area. We had to chase progress every other day and spend at least an hour due to lack of internal and missing customer communication. Poolside was very good and staff their were very friendly. Security guard like said , Ayub were very friendly and often gave tips on where to go for best place to visit. It is an expensive hotel but we only stayed for two days and therefore affordable, especially at this time of the year October. The staff is very professional and helpful. Basically you can ask them for about everything and they would provide good advise. The breakfast is great with a wide range and selection of quality products. You can ask for as much coffee, tee and fresh juice as you wish. The pool and seating options in the garden are fantastic. The beach is not far and it is absolutely clean and fantastic. Our room could use an update but the great cleaning service made up for that fact. Only annoying thing is that the key card constantly stopped working after a couple of days but this was quickly fixed by the friendly hotel staff. Appreciated the very cosy and dreamlike garden with the amazing pool. There is a touch of authenticity that the neighbouring Sofitel lacks. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great and offer a great variety. All in all, great value for money.
