An inquest has been told that the Room to Improve carpenter who died in a car fire two years ago had cocaine in his system at the time of his death. Karl Cullen died from carbon monoxide poisoning on May 29, , when the car he was driving veered off the road, collided into a ditch and caught fire in Clonhaston in Co Wexford. A toxicology report found that Karl had cocaine and antidepressant medications in his system when he lost control of the vehicle, which may have been a contributory factor, the Irish Independent reports.
