1) How do I start an order?

2) How long can I get my gift card?

If you choose to submit an order through the Telegram Bot or website, the time to send the gift card depends on the confirmation speed of the cryptocurrency. Usually, USDT is faster, while Bitcoin is slower. Based on our past order processing speed, it is generally around 15-30 minutes. If you choose manual delivery, we will send the gift card within 5 minutes after your payment.

3) How should I pay for the gift card?

We accept Bitcoin and USDT (trc20) as payment methods. Other payment methods are under development, so stay tuned!

4) Do I have to pay before receiving the gift card?

Yes, if you are a new customer without trust from us, we may require you to pay before delivery of the product. After gaining our trust, we can switch to payments after receiving the product.
