You have to make reservations for the nice restaurants per day and wait for 2 hours to do the reservation , to then be told that it is full. The food in the buffet sucks. Ate some meat from the buffet and it made me sick. The activities suck. The only good activity was the foam in the pool. They even close the buffet during the week and you are forced to order room service which they charge per service. If it wasn't that the flights were so expensive I would have left already. The staff is nice and tries very hard to make you happy. The resort is outdated and very dirty. There are bugs in the rooms, the food is terrible and they run out of every item on the menu on a daily basis. The drinks are made of very cheap liquor.
