I like this place and live nearby so it's perfect. Nice people, wouldn't necessarily say they are knowledgeable, just frequent users. But this time I am upset with the 'joint'. I placed an order around 8pm. They close at 9. I get there pm because I didn't get the 'order ready for pick up' until around Im around 10 minutes away when I rush there. I've picked up like this in the past so I knew I would be okay had the cash in hand. However they decided to lock up early! Truly makes no sense. Even if they are short staffed maybe you should have just closed for the day? The 'othermens' store isn't that far. Good luck with business. Been coming here for stiizy pods on bogo days for some time. Had one defective pod and they won't exchange it after communicating for a week. Even drove out in a snowstorm after talking on the phone with them and they lied saying I can come in they would help me out. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to give them money for faulty products they won't exchange. Workers are fine and really helpful they just don't got a lot of variety and they don't have enough workers or proper way of going between both online and in store orders waited like 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me just to order something in store if you order online you don't wait at all you just pop up to the front of the line while if you plan on ordering in store you simply wait for them to get their order online and then the people in front of you as well who are also waiting.
