The room has many mosquitoes, served breakfast was kinda cold, it was hard for us to know the exact location of the apartelle since we arrived late, location was too dark even the driver didn't know where it is. Online photos were not current and misleading. No kitchens, no stove or refrigerator. Not even a coffee pot! No hot water, shower barely worked, property obviously not maintained properly. The staff however were very friendly and quick to respond. I know property is for sale and owner doesn't want to put any money into the place! We just stay here for the night. Good for an early flight schedule. We arrived very late because our flight was delayed. The staff apologized because our room was still not ready. There was confusion to our date of arrival. However, they were able to fix it right away. The waiting time was forgivable. They accommodated my request for a non-pork breakfast. The staff was very helpful to the extent of their abilities. It would be helpful though if they have information on hand for frequented places like museums, tourist attractions, etc. It was disheartening to hear a comment 'I'm sorry I don't know a lot of places to go here. Overall, my family enjoyed our one night stay. We needed a place to sleep the night before our long day and Katerc'lei was able to provide that comfortably.
