A woman who makes a living by charging people to watch her crush things with her large 34M breasts has made a plea to two doctors to fix a botched plastic surgery procedure – on her stomach.
On tonight’s episode of hit the E! Network reality series Botched , Boston, Massachussets native Susan Sykes, 53, insists to stunned doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow that she is actually incredibly happy with her oversized implants, and has been using them to smash and flatten objects under her stage name Busty Heart for about 30 years.
However what she does want fixed, she tells the two surgeons, is her stomach, which has bothered her since a botched liposuction left her with what she refers to as a ‘shelf’ - though she admits she can't even see it without the help of a mirror thanks to her considerable assets.

Busted can: Dr. Nassif seemed turned off by Susan's skill, but Dr. Dubrow was impressed - even though she hurt his hand when she smashed the can he was holding
'The first thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts,' says Dr. Paul Nassif in the commercial for the new episode, which airs tonight at 9pm. 'The second thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts. Basically I thought that she was coming to have something fixed with her breasts.'
But she wasn't, and the performer is quick to show Dr. Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow exactly what her weighty assets could pull off, though Dr. Dubrow admits in the clip that he was already familiar with her talent.
'It's crazy and kind of impressive what you do,' he says.
Susan replies: 'Maybe I should put them up on the table.'
They don't stay there for long, though. After explaining to the doctors that she first took up smashing things with her breasts because she wanted to be a comedian - she says that she started off with styrofoam cups because the popping sound they made was 'funny' - she stands up to demonstrate her abilities.

Smashing good time: Splitting this watermelon apart took a bit more effort for Susan than the can, but she was still able to break it into pieces after hitting it with her breast a few times
Susan asks Dr. Dubrow to hold a beer can, then shakes her breast up and down before bring it down, hard, on the can, effectively flattening it.
'When I went to Japan, they taught me how to do bricks,' she says, telling the men that she got the implants, which are 2000 cubic centimeters each, in 1990 before silicone was banned.
After crushing the can, Susan pulls out a watermelon, catching Dr. Nassif off guard and causing him to stand up. She smashes it apart after hitting it with her right breast a few times.
Susan's skill isn't just 'impressive', as Dr. Dubrow calls it - it has also made her a lot of money, and thus she has had her breasts insured in case something should happen to them.
'I've been able to buy an island off the coast of Maine and put a house on it,' she tells them, adding that she also owns a strip club and mountaintop with a cabin.

Wardrobe issues: Though Susan admitted that she can't see past her her large breasts to view the results of a botched liposuction, her stomach problems prevent her from wearing two-piece outfits
But while the busty patient has no intention of letting the doctors 'fix' her chest - she explains that even after years of smashing things, her breasts don't hurt because her jelly-like implants absorb the shock - she does ask them to take care of an unfinished liposuction procedure, which left her with a 'shelf' at the top of her stomach.
Susan says that though she can't actually see it when she looks down, the botched surgery has left her unable to wear a two-piece outfit.
'I'm really hoping that they're going to be able to help me with my stomach problem,' she says.

Big-bosomed Susan Sykes aka “Busty Heart” holds the Guinness World Record not for having big boobs but for smashing cans with her chest. She smashed 34 cans in one minute. On Botched , Susan retells a story from one of her performances (she was a stripper) when she took off her top and a guy in the audience just flopped over and died. “I was knocking them dead that night,” she kids.
Susan tells the plastic surgeons (Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif) on Botched that her boobs are insured and explains, “I’ve been able to buy an island off the coast of Maine” thanks to her boobs. But she’s not seeking a breast consultation on the show, she’s there for her stomach. When Dr. Dubrow tells her what she needs is a tummy tuck — but it would require taking some of the weight off of her chest — Susan says, “maybe in 15 years.” Susan Sykes is 55 years old. Botched airs Thursdays at 8pm on E!

Croatian Supertalent brings amazing talents to the homes of their viewers every week. Last night, it brought one rather unusual talent by Susan Sykes, American known as 'Busty Heart'.
Sykes, 58 year old that comes from Massachusetts, has made quite as show with her – breasts! She broke different objects, including watermelon and baseball bat, leaving the judges speechless and the audience shocked.
Her Croatian Supertalent trip ended last night, however in Germany she went all through semi-finals. Her breasts, size H, aren't natural as she has put implants at the age of 14.
'Busty Heart' is also a Guinness World Record holder. She holds the record of 'the most drinking cans crushed with one breast in one minute is 34' from 2011.
Sykes also appeared in films such as The Dictator (alongside Sacha Baron Cohen and Sir Ben Kingsley) and Deported, as well as several television shows.
