Playboy model Jenna Bentley has upset her army of fans by announcing she might get a breast reduction.
The 28-year-old is known in part for her large 36E breasts, which are natural — but might be a bit too big for the model to handle.
According to Jenna, she nearly knocked herself out recently while out for a job, when one of her breasts popped up and knocked her in the face.

Her big breasts are certainly plus for her career as a model — particularly one who has posed for such men's magazines for Playboy, Maxim, FHM, and Esquire.
But as many busty women know all too well, having large breasts can also be quite cumbersome in everyday life.
In fact, Jenna — who is also a musician, songwriter, DJ and choreographer — has found recently that they're an actual health hazard when she's exercising.
The model, who has been a Playboy Playmate for three years, says things came to a head recently when she hurt herself during an early morning run.
The Newport Beach, California beauty said: 'I've started running and doing weights to keep in shape, but my breasts just get in the way.
Uh oh! She revealed an embarrassing occurrence during a recent run on the beach
Yikes! She said she was jogging in a bikini when one of her breasts flew up and knocked her in the chin
Down she goes! She said it threw her off balance and she fell over
'I usually wear a super-strength sports bra, but when I really let fly they sometimes pop out,' she went on.
'Things got so bad the other week [when] I was sprinting down the beach in California. I was just wearing a bikini, but just wanted a fast run out. It was a beautiful morning and the sun was rising.
'I was going full pelt, leaping over the waves on the shore when suddenly I felt something heavy smack against my chin. It felt like I'd been sucker-punched and it knocked me off balance and I fell over.
'No one else was around and when I looked down I saw my right boob had come out.'
Jenna frequently shares scantily-clad photos of herself on Instagram, many of which see her in bikinis, topless, and cradling her breasts.

'I usually wear a super-strength sports bra, but when I really let fly they sometimes pop out,' she went on
She cares: She noted that she doesn't want to upset her fans but her breasts are a problem
According to the New York Post , however, she is worried about the reaction of her fans. Several have already tweeted begging her not to go under the knife.
'I don't want to upset my fans but my boobs are just too big for me now,' she said.
'I love them and they've been good to me but I'm doing so much more cardio now as well as weights. When I've told friends what I'm planning to do some flat-out tell me "no way" while others understand my problem.'
'Before I make a final decision I've decided to put it to a vote and I want my fans to let me know what they think. I love my fans and really value their opinions. If I go through with it I'll let everyone know. I still want my boobs to be big but more manageable.'
