About the position: We are looking for Business Process Methodologist who will be responsible for building and maintaining a centralized company knowledge base and supporting employee learning initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring that internal regulations, instructions, and training materials are clear, structured, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all teams. You will work closely with business departments to systematize information, support change implementation, and help employees perform their tasks efficiently and in line with company standards.
Job Purpose:
To provide a unified, structured and up-to-date source of knowledge on the company's internal processes and to support employee training for the correct and effective performance of their tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect internal regulations, instructions and working materials from departments.
* Structure and format documents in a uniform format.
* Support the relevance of the knowledge base: update documentation when processes or requirements change.
* Control the completeness and accessibility of documentation for users.
* Informing employees about new and updated materials.
* Preparing training materials based on existing regulations (presentations, guides, checklists).
* Organising and conducting training sessions for local teams.
* Leading the implementation of changes and monitoring understanding of requirements.
* Collecting feedback on training and adjusting materials as necessary.
* Providing consulting support to employees on regulations and instructions.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in documentation, training, support roles or similar functions.
* Basic understanding of business processes (retail, service, B2B).
* Experience in preparing presentations, instructions, checklists.
* Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure it Confident user of 1C.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility.
* Good communication skills.
* Intermediate + level of English.
