Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Business Operations Manager.

The Business Operations Manager for End User Services is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of services that support the organisation’s end user computing environment. This role acts as the bridge between technology teams and the business, ensuring services are delivered consistently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Lead business cases for investment in new technology, tooling, and process improvements.
* Manage the End User Services budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation.
* Own commercial relationships with key vendors and suppliers, driving value-for-money and contract compliance.
* Produce regular financial reporting for senior stakeholders, including spend analysis and return on investment.
* Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary business interface for End User Services, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
* Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks within the End User Services domain.
* Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering service improvements.
* Strong financial/ commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem-solving: proactive in identifying issues and driving resolution across complex, multi-team environments.
Nice to have:
* Experience with modern endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
* Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile).
* Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma).
