This module is designed to develop students’ skills and knowledge relevant to planning and conducting a small-scale research project. Students will learn how to do research, including define research aim and objectives, conduct literature review, collect primary data, analyse and interpret data, and organise and present research proposal and final dissertation document. The module requires students to consolidate learning from other modules to plan and complete a small business and management related research project. Tailored towards students with ambitions to work internationally, you will apply theory to practice in a business environment, and learn how organisations operate. Specialist Mandarin classes with an expert tutor will hone your business language skills.

You'll receive approximately two hours of weekly contact time per module, comprising lectures led by academic staff and smaller seminar groups.
