We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business through the establishment of new B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective B2B clients to expand our client base;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to facilitate business partnerships;
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets;
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships;
  • Maintain and track a robust sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to the management team;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the success of partnerships;
  • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience of proven track record in business development;
  • Experience working in an igaming company is a must;
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and market dynamics;
  • Keen understanding of CRMs, B2B tech sales channels, and analytics platforms;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
