Are you a recruiter-turned-sales professional or an experienced staffing BDM who thrives on winning new logos, opening doors, and building million-dollar accounts?
If you have an established network across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, or the broader SEA market, we want to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing
🎯 Opening new client accounts across SEA and ANZ
🎯 Selling staffing, recruitment, payroll, EOR, and workforce solutions
🎯 Building relationships with CIOs, CTOs, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Hiring Managers
🎯 Creating opportunities for onsite and offshore staffing models
🎯 Working closely with our delivery teams to convert opportunities into revenue
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven track record in staffing or recruitment sales
✔ Existing client relationships within SEA and/or ANZ markets
✔ Ability to generate opportunities independently without relying on inbound leads
✔ Experience selling IT staffing, professional services, recruitment, or workforce solutions
✔ Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
