Job Description

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.


Job responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development/sales, or account management.
  • Knowledge of the English language is required, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Open to travel for business meetings and industry events.
