About the Role
WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company operating in copy trading, proprietary trading, and forex brokerage.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Kazakhstan to support our business growth and develop client and partner relationships in the Kazakhstan market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients and business partners.
* Promote our prop trading, copy trading, and forex products.
* Build and maintain relationships with traders, affiliates, IBs, and partners.
* Generate and follow up with leads and support client onboarding.
* Research the Kazakhstan market and identify new business opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing and other teams to support business growth.
* Achieve defined sales and business development targets.
Requirements
* Fluent English is mandatory.
* Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
* Experience in Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, Crypto, Fintech, or Financial Services is an advantage.
* Good understanding of the Kazakhstan market.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently.
