Person Specification
* 7 years plus experience in Healthcare or Pharma
* Leadership or Management experience
* Able to demonstrate a track record of building relationships and converting high-quality opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
* Experience in Business Planning or Business strategy
* Comfortable working flexibly in a remote setting
* Adept with digital collaboration tools and online meeting platforms;
