Business Development Consultant – B2B Software & Technology
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help B2B software, technology and professional services companies develop new business opportunities across Europe.
You will identify relevant companies and decision-makers, research accounts, start targeted conversations and build relationships with potential customers.
What you will do
* Research and identify relevant target companies and decision-makers
* Build targeted prospect lists and account strategies
* Reach out to senior stakeholders through LinkedIn, email and phone
* Start relevant business conversations rather than high-volume outreach
* Qualify opportunities and understand the prospect's business context
* Schedule qualified meetings with the right stakeholders
* Keep prospect and activity information accurate and up to date
* Work with clients to understand their market, proposition and ideal customer profile
* Test and improve messaging and outreach approaches
What we are looking for
* Experience in B2B business development, sales or prospecting
* Strong communication skills in English
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
* Good research and analytical skills
* Able to understand a business proposition and communicate its value clearly
* Structured, reliable and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client assignments
* Experience with software or technology is a plus
