And thank you for scanning the QR code on your license disk/holder, currently linked to this page explaining the Emergency QR Code System.

In case of an accident or incident, anyone with access to the inside of your vehicle (You, SAPS, Ambulance- and rescue personnel, as well as Traffic Officers), can immediately scan the QR Code and get access to all important information to manage the situation without wasting some valuable time searching for life-saving info.
(You decide on the information you would like to be available by filling in an electronic form. We will add the national emergency numbers in South Africa to your form.)

It will cost you only a mere R 25.00 (Twenty Five Rand) to join the system for the first year. If you would like to include other people's info (People who at times travels with you) on your Emergency Info Page/s linked to your QR Code, an additional once-off cost of R 20.00 per person will apply.
After the first year, you can order another License Disk Sticker (except when you bought a License disk holder from one of our Business vendors or -partners), with your QR Code printed on the sticker, for R 20.00 (R 10.00 for the sticker and R 10.00 for Fast mail via the Post Office).
Alternatively, you can order a permanent license disk holder (With your QR code on it) from us, for R 120.00 (courier cost included) or R 79.00 if you prefer Fast mail (Post Office).

But for NOW, to join the system, here are the steps to follow:
Note: It is recommended that you read through the form to see what info you need to have at hand before you actually start filling in the form.
- Click here to complete the electronic form/s with your Emergency info.
- Click here to pay the R 25.00, using the same email address that you note on the form you have completed. If you prefer to do an EFT, or if you want to link more people's info to your QR Code, use Option 4 below.
- If you don't want to waste any time and already calculated the total amount to pay, Click here. Remember to use the same email address as on the form.
- Request our bank details for an EFT, by email us at trmworldwide@gmail.com, or WhatsApp me. Let us know the number of people you would like to add if any.
- The link between your QR Code and your form/s that you've completed will be ready within 24 hours after payment......or your money back!

** Inside the License Disk Envelope, you will find a curved, reverse printed sticker. If you prefer to do that, stick it on top of the License disk. It will be readable from the outside of the windscreen to notify Emergency personnel that Emergency info is available inside the vehicle.
*** The License Holder has two stickers on the outside of the holder. "Info - Scan" "QR Code inside". If you prefer, you can remove the stickers.
