Job Description
Chartrics Software Solutions is looking for Business Analyst to join our product design and implementation team. The candidate must possess good knowledge of English and have technical or economic background.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze, design and implement custom software solutions and features
- Customize existing solutions based on client needs and requests
- Configure existing solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with the IT and Development team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues
- Provide end-user training and support, demo new implementations
- Document software processes and prepare progress reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Administration/ Finance
- A minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field
- Basic knowledge of SQL language
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
