Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and help deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
* Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions that meet business objectives.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
* Monitor project progress and support the implementation of business improvements.
* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a related role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools.
* Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
* Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
