We are seeking motivated learners to join the Business Analysis and Business Intelligence training program. If you are interested in understanding business needs, transforming data into actionable insights, and developing skills at the intersection of business analysis and data-driven decision-making, we invite you to become part of this learning journey.
This educational program focuses on business analysis methodologies, requirements management, stakeholder communication, data analysis, data modeling, business intelligence, dashboard design, and project management. Participants will gain practical experience with modern analytical approaches and industry-relevant tools while learning how to support business decisions through data and structured analysis.
The program runs for 29 weeks and is delivered in English through a fully online format, combining theoretical learning, practical assignments, workshops, and mentor support. Applications are open until August 13. Selected participants will begin the program in October, following successful completion of the selection process and eligibility verification.
Who is this program for?
This program is suitable for learners who already have academic, professional, or practical experience in related fields. It may be a good fit for university students, graduates, IT professionals, specialists, educators and teachers of related subjects, and individuals who have completed relevant courses or training programs and are looking to expand their skills.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities
* Learn business analysis fundamentals, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and business process evaluation
* Explore business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices
* Document, analyze, and manage business, user, and solution requirements
* Apply UML and BPMN techniques to model business processes and requirements
* Learn how AI-powered tools can support business analysis activities and decision-making
* Develop practical SQL and data analysis skills for business and reporting needs
* Explore data profiling, data modeling, and data governance concepts
* Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate business insights effectively
* Learn how to support data-driven decision-making through business intelligence practices
* Study project discovery, requirements management, and risk management approaches
* Participate in practical assignments, quizzes, and program activities throughout the learning journey
* Collaborate with mentors and fellow participants during workshops and discussions
* Apply analytical thinking to real-world business scenarios and case studies
* Stay informed about modern trends in business analysis and business intelligence
Requirements:
* No previous participation in the Tech Orda voucher program
* Successful completion of the program selection process
* Knowledge of English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
* Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System theory
* Understanding of SQL
* Basic understanding of Business Analytics and Business Intelligence domains
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn independently and manage study commitments
* Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills
* Commitment to completing theoretical and practical program activities
Nice to have:
* Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools
* Familiarity with business process modeling techniques
* Basic understanding of data visualization principles
* Knowledge of requirements management practices
* Experience working with spreadsheets and analytical datasets
* Interest in AI-assisted business analysis approaches
