Business Analysis & BI Trainee with AI Expertise (Tech Orda Voucher)

EPAM Campus offers a free online Business Analysis and Business Intelligence training program, funded by the Tech Orda voucher.
You’ll learn to gather and document requirements, model business processes, and analyze information using BI tools to support decision‑making. The program also covers data modeling and dashboard design, stakeholder communication, project and risk management, as well as the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and analytical outcomes.
This 29-week program requires ~12–13 hours per week and combines theory with hands-on practice. While employment isn’t guaranteed, the program builds a strong, job‑ready foundation to take the role of Business, BI or Data Analyst at EPAM or beyond.
Requirements:
* Kazakhstan citizenship
* Age between 18 and 45
* First-time Tech Orda voucher applicant
* English level B2 or higher
* Basic understanding of DBMS theory, SQL, BA and BI domains
* Successful completion of a competitive selection process
