Bunch of issues for winning templates

Wrong site_name

Main points:

• "Site_name must include the name that users see on the main page". Not preferable, not advisable, not better, but must.
• You can use website name on social networks only if site_name not displayed on main page
• All examples shows us - you must take site_name from logo (but even if this statement is wrong, my issues are valid anyway)

So, if you have wrong site name - it is a valid issue, no matter how critical it is.

Sites

When I open main page of the site, I can see two site names, first is MagadanMedia.ru, and second is Сетевое издание "Информационное агентство MagadanMedia". In both cases using MagadanMedia is wrong.

(it is "not critical" same as "not critical" to have headers in inlined <related>, but by some reason you rejecting templates for headers, so you must do the same here)

2) https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/sakhalinmedia.ru/

When I open main page of the site, I can see two site names, first is SakhalinMedia.ru, and second is Сетевое издание "Информационное агентство SakhalinMedia". In both cases using SakhalinMedia is wrong.

3) https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/sport-interfax.ru/

When I open main page of the site,I can see two site names, first is Интерфакс, and second is Interfax. So using Interfax.ru is wrong
