Bum Kombat Rules
1. General Provisions
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the game "Bum Kombat" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and is addressed to any individual wishing to receive services from the specified site (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").
"Participant" — an individual who has agreed to the terms of this Agreement, confirmed by the process of account registration in Bum Kombat.
1.1 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to the game rules and gameplay, notifying game participants accordingly.
1.2 By registering, the Participant agrees to the project rules and commits to not violating them.
2. Provided Services
2.1 The Organizer provides the player with a gaming platform for leisure and free time and does not in any way compel the Participant to use these services.
2.2 The Organizer offers advertising placement services, allowing users to promote their own products to other participants in Bum Kombat through the "Quests" service.
2.3 The Participant may purchase coins and $BUMSTARS to achieve game progress.
3. Participant Obligations
3.1 Not to use undocumented features (bugs) and software errors in the game and to immediately report them to the Organizer.
3.2 Not to use Bum Kombat as a platform for money exchange (such as account top-up with immediate withdrawal to another payment system and/or currency for personal purposes).
3.3 Strictly prohibited:
- Creating more than one account per person
- Creating multiple accounts on a single device
- Registering other people's accounts from your device
- Accessing other accounts, including accounts of friends and family members
- Transferring your account to anyone
- Buying and selling accounts
3.4 To bear responsibility for any financial transactions in their account, even if they are carried out by someone other than the Participant for any reason.
3.5 Not to criticize the actions of the platform's organizers.
3.6 Not to use any external programs to gain advantages in the project.
3.7 The Participant must take necessary computer security measures, keep their account information confidential, and not share it with others. The Participant assumes all risk of adverse consequences from disclosing this information.
3.8 The Participant must not use login names similar to the administrator's login or any such impersonating names.
4. Organizer's Obligations
4.1 To ensure maximum availability of the project online, informing about any planned technical work.
4.2 To continuously allow withdrawal of earned funds without any restrictions within no more than three working days. In case of force majeure situations related to payment systems, the Organizer reserves the right to delay payments for a maximum of seven days.
4.3 To maintain confidentiality regarding the personal data of each project Participant.
4.4 To provide timely technical support and assistance to project Participants via Telegram and email.
5. Liability
5.1 The Organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the gaming platform and its services in case of technical issues and/or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inadequate functioning or failure of internet providers, information servers, banking, and payment systems, as well as unlawful actions by third parties. The Organizer will make every effort to prevent disruptions but is not liable for temporary technical issues and interruptions in operation, regardless of the cause. In case of force majeure, the Organizer is obliged to restore access to the project within three days from the moment it became unavailable online.
5.2 The Participant fully agrees that the Organizer cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by the Participant due to third-party actions aimed at breaching the security of electronic equipment and game databases or due to unforeseen technical issues. The Participant also fully agrees that the Organizer cannot be held liable for losses caused by the Participant’s own actions or those of their representatives.
5.3 The Organizer is not responsible for losses incurred from the use or non-use of information about the project, game rules, or the project itself, nor for any other damage incurred by the Participant due to their unqualified actions, ignorance of the game rules, or calculation errors.
5.4 The Participant fully agrees that the game administration is not responsible for the content of advertised products or the accuracy of information posted about them.
5.5 The Organizer is not liable to the Participant for the actions of other participants.
