Хорошая квартира, в хорошем состоянии со стильным ремонтом, достаточно удобное местоположение. Из недостатков - квартира находится прямо над клубом, поэтому вы будете слышать всю музыку и другие звуки, поэтому берите с собой беруши. Хозяева сказали, что музыка долго не играет, так как в клубе знают, что над ними жилые квартиры. Хозяева помогали, быстро отвечали, за это больше спасибо. We had a great stay at this lovely Paris apartment. The apartment was exactly as presented in the photos. The location was fantastic making it pretty easy to walk to - or take the metro to the major sites. Patricia was fantastic, quickly responding to any questions we had from booking to departure. Patricia also gave us restaurant and bakery recommendations that were helpful. There were 5 of us and our this was exactly what we needed. Thank you Patricia for making our first trip to Paris a great one! It is sufficiently big and well organized to host families with up to 3 children. It is in a very nice position, close to all services. Pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pubs, metro are all within 50m from the house. Inside you can find a coffee machine, a smart television, and a nice kitchen. Patricia is a perfect host, very present and helpful. Able to reply to any need very quickly. We definitely had a great time here. I suggest everybody to live the same experience. What a cute apartment! One thing, there is a bar just down stairs and heard music but they stopped around 11pm so it was no problem. It was perfect- great location in central Paris with two subway stations right down the street, two cozy bedrooms and very clean living space. Patricia was always available when we had a question. The apartment was very clean and plenty of towels and good quality too! Patricia was very responsive and we had no communication issues. Items to note about the apartment, which was not an issue but just so you know - no elevator and typical we think somewhat narrow spiral staircase up one floor. Not a problem for me since my husband carried the suitcase but just something to note in case it could be an issue. Also, very nice bathroom but somewhat narrow which is also something to consider if size is an issue. The height of the rooms may also be an issue for someone really tall. The location is nothing short of breathtaking - nestled below a beautiful willow tree on a peaceful part of the riverbank and opposite the spectacular Eiffel Tower. We were so mesmerised by the view and the friendly swans and ducks that we only managed a half day of sightseeing and even then could wait to get back to the boat. The area of Passey just a short stroll away is a delightful shopping area with every convenience and beautiful boutiques stores. The boat itself is well set out with a practical kitchen and nice hot shower. The decor is full of character and warmth and we found it a delightful space but the prime position is above deck relaxing on the outdoor setting eating French pastries and sipping champagne - incredible. Great time, everything was as advertised. We arrived late from visiting Mont Saint Michel, and not being sure how to get there we called Jean who gave the taxi prefect directions. Once we arrived Jean helped with our luggage and gave us a tour of the boat. The boat is clean, comfortable, has plenty of space and we stayed up every night enjoying the Eiffel tower light show. After three days inspite of the constant rain we were sad to leave. We had a wonderful romantic stay on the Soleil. The view with the Eiffel Tower but also the Sacre Coeur in the distance is briljant, sitting on the deck with a glass of wine. Jean was very helpful and welcoming, and had made a house full of charm and character. Bring along your sealegs and watch your head if you are tall, and you will have a great time. Not only was he the perfect host very responsive, waited for us after we missed our bus, had a bottle of wine and fresh flowers at the ready, was on time for our departure, etc. Great facilities, a wonderful ambiance, and what a view! Book a stay there now, you will not regret it! Fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. Close to some sites and just a short Uber drive to other destinations. The river bus was our main way to get around to all major sites. Would definitely stay here again. What a wonderful experience! The houseboat is indeed charming and cozy, and the view is spectacular. It is lovely to be gently rocked to sleep by the Seine and breakfast on the deck while gazing at the best view of the Eiffel Tower that you can possibly get. Jean is a perfect host, dedicated to making sure his guests are happy and comfortable- and supplied with plenty of reading material! Friendly host, nice and safe neighborhood, can not ask more for a bnb. The decor is old and shabby unlike the photos and there are absolutely no curtains anywhere so light floods in and wakes you up at dawn every day. We selected this place for our wedding and tried to make such good memories but it proved extremely difficult unless we spent all our time on the balcony or outside of the apartment. Upon leaving the apartment we were confronted by and alter ego of the lovely woman we met, the owner and accused of wrecking the apartment and felt we were being extorted for extra money. The view is spectacular and even better in real life, it really is the best view in Paris! The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. The huge bath is a real treat, as well as the fantastic terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee, soaking up the morning sun and evening drinks. Francoise was responsive and easy to communicate with, and gave us easy to follow arrival instructions and suggestions for the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. The Thai restaurant she suggested was incredible, we highly recommend it! When it came time to check out, the hardest thing was leaving that view! It is located in a very clean and safe neighborhood and the apartment had all amenities needed including iron and ironing board, blow drier, international outlet converter, espresso maker with plenty of pods, refrigerator, cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner, etc. We will definitely use his lodgings again when we return to Paris. The neighborhood is fantastic, very close to the metro, but we enjoyed walking most places as the neighborhood itself is charming with lots to do and see. The apartment itself was ideal. Because of previous comments, we had anticipated there to be noise at night, but the bedroom is not located on the busy road and we slept soundly with the window open-- for us, there seemed to be very little noise. After a long day of sightseeing, my husband and I could return to the flat to relax on the couch and still be smitten with Paris as we watched the Eiffel tower twinkle from the window. Neighborhood is nice, easy straight shot to the effile tower and other locations. Plenty of resturants right in the neighborhood. Metro is less than a 2 min walk. The space is very small and extremely noisy. I could hear entire conversations from the floor above me until after mid night and everyone coming in through the night will wake you and again bright and entry in the morning. If you are a light sleeper or someone that is easily annoyed with noise I would stay somewhere else. Very small plave, but in a perfect area to explore Paris. Perfect for a solo traveler but can make two people work for a few nights. You must be comfortable sharing a small space with someone. Metro is in a perfect spot to get around quickly. Кстати, их довольно много вокруг дома. Так что в центр можно и не ехать. Квартира Чарли находится в удобной досягаемости от метро, легко добраться и найти дорогу. Сама квартира соответствует фото, вид с балкона такой же отличный как и на фото Хорошая удобная кровать, мы замечательно выспались. Есть ванная, кухня, гостинная. Везде чисто, лично видели Чарли за уборкой Сам хозяин вежливый, приветливый, хорошо нас принял. Жаль, что пробыли в Париже всего одну ночь, с удовольствием бы задержались на подольше. Я очень рада своему выбору. Хотя на дорогу до центра затрачиваешь минут на метро, но это спокойный респектабельный район, рядом с домом три минимаркета, ресторанчики. Дом красивый современнный, вид с балкона на Сену замечательный. Чарли гостеприимный и спокойный, в квартире как в музее, много интересных антикварных штучек. They were very kind and accommodating, despite the fact I was in town for a conference and kept a somewhat hectic schedule. Hubert told me all the great places in Boulogne to check out in my free time and both he and Natalie were a joy to talk to over breakfast each morning of my stay. It was great to chat with him about all things over breakfast. The room has a private sink and is well accommodated with a desk, travel aids, etc. The location is right next door to a bakery and a block from good food and shopping. Near the apartment you can find many cafe with coffee and desserts, although Hubert and Natalie offer very delicious breakfast with good homemade coffee and toasts.
