Uncensored as in there's no difference between JP and western ver. Censored as there's the usual light beams and mosiac crap that's even in the JP ver. There's a mod to remove.

The game isn't "censored", it is released the same as it was in ps4, now if you are looking for PC mods that add something more that is another story.
When people ask about censorship, 90% of the time they're referring to something being changed/removed from one version to another (usually JP to EN). But good job being a pedant.

Your definition is not entirely correct, since the base product had no actual nipples and genitals created in the first place, they weren't really "covered" up, instead giving the illusion of doing so. If you remove every layer of the illusion of censorship you will find nothing there, while when you go to actual censored things when you remove the censors you will find actual things there, example many hentai games, some anime shows. You cannot exactly censor something that never existed in the first place, the nude mod had to actually create nipples and vagina textures.
whatever, done arguing here. at least i know what censorship actually is.
