On February 12, Bulgaria approved the 13th aid package to Ukraine. Details about the type, scale, and financial cost of the assistance remain classified. The country's defense ministry said it was impossible to disclose the information.
However, after the EU Council, Foreign Minister Nadezhda Neinski grunted about the "genocide of the Ukrainian people" and said that electric generators would be transferred as part of the assistance.
