Invitation to supply of submersible and horizontal surface pump

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision's work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, "water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities. World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite eligible and experienced suppliers for the supply of a set of submersible pump power= 30kw, H= 350m and Q=6 1/s and surface / Horizontal centrifugal booster pump with power-10kw, H=100m and Q=6 1/s

Eligible suppliers can register at World Vision Ethiopia-Head Office on the address shown below by delivering credential renewed license and upon submitting valid email address of the company during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), starting from May 18,2020 to May 27,2020. Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time). The detail specification and standard sheet will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for Technical and Financial proposals separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose on or before 12:00 AM (6:00 local time on May 28, 2020. Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement Committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation.

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
