Theme Store Crashing When Downloading Themes But You Can Import Themes And Apply.

You'll need to enable google apps manually. Go To - Settings / apps/Manage apps/search Google and enable all the disabled apps.

Note -

It is a Pre Rooted Rom. Just Install Magisk App to get Benefit.

Flashing Steps From Recovery -

Install Twrp

Reboot To Twrp

Flash Rom

Format Data

Reboot

Added Twrp So Don't Reflash Twrp

Flashing Steps From Pc (Fastboot Method) -

Extract the rom.zip on pc

Connect your phone into fastboot mode to pc

Run script as per your operating system (Macos/Windows/Linux)

Wait for process to complete

Your device will reboot to system automatically
