Buffalo Businessman Reveals Organized Crime Past

Local Businessman Unveils Secret Role as Consigliere in Shocking Organized Crime Confession

Buffalo, NY — April 19, 2025

In a stunning turn of events, a well-respected Buffalo businessman, Vincent Moretti, 58, revealed in a press conference today that he had secretly operated as a consigliere—a high-ranking advisor—for a powerful organized crime family for over two decades.

Moretti, who owns a chain of Italian restaurants across upstate New York, admitted that while he presented himself as a legitimate entrepreneur, he had been the 'trusted counselor' to the now-defunct Scarpetta crime family, mediating disputes, advising on financial moves, and even negotiating with rival factions.
