We've come to expect the unexpected with Miley Cyrus. The controversial 23-year-old shocked fans on Thursday with a DIY nipple piercing video using a prosthetic breast.
Cyrus already has a total of 41 tattoos (so far) and multiple piercings, however it is not believed she has a nipple piercing.

Cyrus, who has been an avid '#FreeTheNipple' campaigner, is not shy about showing off her breasts in public.
Speaking to TV talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel last year she explained her reasoning.
Shocking is the standard she likes to set: Miley Cyrus.
"The humans aren't afraid of the human breast, it's the nipple that's the issue" she said.
"I'm showing my boobs and no one has a problem, but the nipples are covered so somehow that's ok. It's insane because the nipple that you can't show is what everyone has. But the jug part that everyone doesn't, you're allowed to show underboob. I've never understood the way it works."
Some fans expressed surprise over the video, believing that she may tone down her desire to shock now that she is allegedly back with ex-fiancé, Liam Hemsworth.
The couple spent New Year's together at Byron Bay's, Falls Festival and it has been rumoured that their engagement is back on.

After meeting in 2009 on the set of The Last Song , the pair were together for five years.
Now, Cyrus has posted photos of herself on Instagram account wearing the 3.5 carat Neil Lane ring that Liam proposed with in 2012.
A source told PEOPLE magazine that the engagement is back on.
"Miley is beyond happy to be engaged to Liam again," said the source.
"It might seem sudden, but they have been very close for the past few months."
"She likes the way she feels about herself when she's with him.They really get each other. They don't have to do much and they are having fun. They make each other laugh and can talk for hours. It's an effortless love and they have an undeniable chemistry."
According to the Daily Mail , Miley and her four dogs started moving back into Liam's Malibu home last Friday.
What's true remains to be seen, but as we now know with Miley, we can expect the unexpected.
