Hans Adolf Brorson , (born June 20, 1694, Randerup, Den.—died June 3, 1764, Ribe), Danish Pietist clergyman, the outstanding writer of hymns of his day, and translator of German Pietist hymns into Danish.
In 1732, while a pastor, Brorson started publishing hymns for his congregation in southern Jutland . His main work, Troens rare klenodie (1739; “The Rare Jewel of Faith”), contained many translations and 82 original hymns. This work had seven editions during Brorson’s lifetime. In 1741 he was elected bishop of Ribe , where he remained for the rest of his life. A second series of hymns, Svanesang (1765; “Swan Song”), was published after his death.

Robert works primarily with closely held businesses and their owners with the objective of integrating their tax planning and compliance needs with all of their associated tax and financial related goals. This process works best when all of the client’s financial holdings are fully understood which allows for a clear and comprehensive strategy to be developed and communicated.
Typical business owners often can achieve their nonbusiness goals through the use of various estate planning strategies including charitable and grantor remainder unitrusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts and other multigenerational and estate planning techniques. Although the appropriate application of any strategy is important, Robert emphasizes communication with a clear client understanding as a way to help ensure that the strategy is not only logical but also practical for the client.
Prior to joining Brorson & Associates, Robert was a tax partner at a local mid-size Dallas CPA firm with a similar focus. Robert has an undergraduate engineering degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Tarleton State University.
