Brooke Burke ‘s body is amazing, and she knows it! The former Dancing With the Stars host loves showing off her impressive figure by wearing different types of bikinis on Instagram, and in every new photo, Brooke looks better than the last.
“Well, truth be told, mother nature is real,” she exclusively told Closer in January 2021 about working out over the age of 50. “Thanks very much. You gotta work out harder and smarter and stronger the older you get, but I do spend less time. I will be honest in that I spend less time. I just work out differently. So I’m really into target toning, like body sculpting.”
“I’ve always taken the best care of myself,” the stunning TV personality, who is engaged to Scott Rigsby , told Fox News in November 2020 of her tip-top shape. “I think being a swimsuit model and coming from that background, I was always very conscious.”
Brooke has spent decades maintaining her fabulous figure, which she said has only helped her as she goes through her 40s. “It’s easier for me today [to work out] because I understand my body,” she explained. “I’ve come to understand how to be efficient with my time, how to tone, sculpt and train my body while enjoying life.”
Even when she’s not in the mood to exercise, Brooke noted she always makes time for her routine. “I’m in a space right now where fitness for optimal living has become a big part of my life,” the Wild On! alum shared. “I’ve been an advocate for women’s health for a very long time, but it has become a much bigger part of my life.”
Thanks to her workouts, Brooke has one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood. In April 2019, the dancer showed the world she really loves her figure when she posed half-naked during a photo shoot with photographer Sarah Orbanić .
“Going for it,” she wrote on Instagram. “It took me a bit to get the courage to post. This female curated shoot which represents many things for me. Vulnerability, sensuality, confidence. Yaaasss we can be sexy strong and YES you can tone, sculpt [and] reshape your beautiful body at every age.”
With four kids at home, Brooke — who shares Neriah and Sierra with her first husband, Garth Fisher , and Heaven and Skaya with ex-spouse David Charvet — has proven there’s no excuse not to get in shape. The only thing they have to do is set “reasonable goals” for themselves and make “personal sacrifices.”
“You will feel better and it will put you in a good mood,” the fitness guru explained to Hollywood Life . “The more you work out the better you are going to feel.”

And Brooke Burke, 50, looked more loved up than ever as she packed on the PDA with her fiancé Scott Rigsby, 52, during a romantic boat ride in Italy on Wednesday.
The bikini-clad TV host got up close and personal with her beau before yelling: 'Get your hand out of my butt!', as he copped a feel of her pert posterior.

The engagement news comes two years after the pair began dating, following her breakup with second husband Dave Charvet in April 2018.
Brooke and the Baywatch star split in March of 2018 but did not finalize terms with until two-years later. The duo were wed from 2011 to 2020.
Before Charvet, Brooke was married to plastic surgeon Garth Fisher from 2011 to 2005.
Brooke has been dating Scott since 2019 and he popped the question last week while ringing in her birthday.
Brooke shares two daughters - Neriah, 21, and Sierra, 19 -with Fisher and two daughters - Heaven, 14, and Shaya, 13 - with Charvet.

Following her engagement, Brooke was positively glowing as she posed with a glass of wine in hand on board a luxury yacht.
Letting her natural beauty shine, she wore her hair in its natural texture while showing off her toned and trim figure in a tiny peach bikini.
And while the Dancing With The Stars alum was stunning, it was hard to look away from her giant diamond ring.

Burke’s divorce from her ex-husband, Melrose Place actor David Charvet was finalized in March (they filed in 2018).
In November 2019, she stepped out with her new boyfriend, Scott Rigsby , who we assume is heard in the date night video below where Brooke grates his cheese.
