The Assignment
We're seeking an AML/KYC / institutional onboarding specialist to advise on documentation and structural best practices for corporate/proprietary trading entities seeking relationships with institutional prime brokers. You'll draw on your experience to advise on:
* What documentation and disclosures institutional brokers typically require for corporate/proprietary trading entities
* The typical scope and depth of broker due diligence (beneficial ownership, source of funds/wealth, trading strategy documentation, etc.)
* General best practices for structuring documentation to align with industry-standard onboarding processes
Ideal Background
* Experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or institutional client onboarding at an established brokerage or financial institution
* Familiarity with onboarding requirements for corporate and offshore entities
* Understanding of beneficial ownership disclosure and broker due diligence practices
* Comfortable working independently on sensitive corporate documentation
Engagement
* One-time project engagement, with possibility of ongoing cooperation
* Remote — open to candidates worldwide, regardless of location or time zone
