PROS: -great to support a local business -low prices on store brand OTC drugs -good location in charming downtown Sierra Madre -guy working there is nice CON: -the lady working always always always gives me the stink eye. I was to have standing order every 90 days for five meds. I had to call and remind them when they were to be ready, they had not bothered to call my Dr. I had to go back in three times and still do not have one of the meds that I need and that was two weeks ago. I really want to support local businesses but will be going back to Rite Aid, they are most efficient and friendly. Very disappointed This is not your ordinary drugstore. They are so helpful here! If you're looking for something they will come out into the store and search for it with you! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will take the time to be sure that you are getting the correct medication every time!
