Xhale Butler Swim Up - less American idea of butler, more concierge. Joel was our concierge and was AMAZING! Kind, attentive and quick with requests. We think he will be a manager soon! Professional, yet fun. No matter what he was doing, he at least waved and smiled, if not coming over to you to chat. Would suggest one of the other Xhale rooms as the swim up rooms were a little difficult to navigate from your slider to the pool - too much furniture and bushes. And the other pools are fantastic! Also a big shout out to the ETeam for their entertainment efforts! From activities throughout the day, across the resort to nighttime shows and dancing! Overall, very happy with our vacation and would highly recommend!

The resort was absolutely amazing! Everything was top notch. Our VIP Host Joel Ortiz was amazing too!! He was there for every one of our needs. He made us feel so special! We will definitely be back!!

We had an excellent time staying at Breathless Xhale! Shout out to Joel, our “butler,”for the week! Joel was attentive, helping us with many questions, reservations, daily schedules, and events!! Thank you Joel for adding a wonderful personal touch to our vacation!

I cannot say enough about how lovely my experience at Breathless was this past week. The grounds were beautiful, the room was luxurious, the food was delicious, and our host Joel was so attentive. He took the time to check-in with us every day and each time I saw him around the resort he personally asked if there was anything he could do to help us. I cannot be happier with the service we received from Joel and all the staff of Breathless Punta Cana.

We travel a lot and all I can say is good things about breathless. The food is delicious, the service is top notch, the staff is so nice and our vip host Lucy Mar is the best, she made special dinner at the strip Grill to celebrate our anniversary and we received an excellent service from Wilner as a server. Edwin the concierge at main lobby helped us to make reservation at Silk City and the Habachi show in there is impeccable. The entire hotel is spotless and the entertainment team is so engaged. We came to Breathless Punta Cana as a couple to have fun and relax… it was absolutely more than we expected. The staff are so wonderful and friendly. Barbie, Mayra, and Kendoll are the BEST! The nightly entertainment is surprisingly good. You expect a little bit of the traditional “resort” type entertainment but you got a lot more here. The singers are extremely talented and entertaining, as are the dancers. The after parties are crazy and so much fun!! The food is good and the drinks are tasty! You get to use the restaurants at the neighboring resort, Dreams Onyx. The Dreams breakfast buffet is delicious! We also really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, Picante, the Barefoot Beach Cafe, and the Strip Grill. Hibatchi was also fun! Highly recommend. If you want to party hard, this is a place for you. If you want to relax, this is the place, too. XHale club allows you access to the private CALM pools! The spa was amazing. Best massages we’ve ever gotten. We also did an excursion to Adventure Park, which was an absolute blast. We chose horseback riding and the buggies. It was worth the money! Great vibes all around. Will come again!! …

Hotel, Room, Staff, the Restaurants and actually everthing was just great! Good mix between wellness and party. The different Restaurants make delicious food and there's always something new to find on the menu. Thanks to the whole Breathless team for an amazing time. Special thanks to our VIP Concierges (explicit for xhale members) Lucy and Willy! They were always around if we needed them and took care for everything.

My wife and I had the opportunity to spend our Honeymoon at this resort, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The staff go above and beyond. In particular if you see Fray, Ezequiel or Wilner at the Strip Grill, say hi from us. The food within the entire resort was impeccable, with the Strip Grill and Croquette being our favorite. The presentation for each dish was amazing. It could be said how much, we loved Lucy from the Exhale Club. She was a great friend during our stay. She made sure that we did not want for anything. She kept us aprised of all the activities for the coming day, and always had time to stop and talk. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Make sure to visit The Nook. If your a coffee lover you will be in heaven. The cappuccinos is amazing for a drink and the double chocolate mocca for a cold treat. Don't forget a pastrie or a small sandwich. Best part is it is open 24 hrs. …

Ricardo ciprian, yayson and Gabriel Moreno. All 3 of these guys made my experience amazing. I really mean that. How they treated me and my girlfriend was unbelievable and they deserved to be noticed on this. I leave tm and it sucks to live them. From how they made my drinks to how they got my food. I am now leaving a friends

We are staying at Breathless Punta Cana, our trip has been amazing. Our concierge was Lucy. I can not say enough on how amazing she was, here kindness and attention to detail was on point!!! If you are coming here definitely ask for Lucy❤️
