The twins are EBF and feed for 20-30 mins at a time every 2 hours, one on each breast. I use the twin Z pillow because it's the only way I can comfortably hold both (at this point I'm convinced all the suggested tandem feeding positions are part of some kind of conspiracy).

Caitlin Support for feeding multiples My advice for someone who plans on breastfeeding twins is to make contact with other mums who are feeding multiples. I didn't know any so I joined a Facebook group and was able to get support and learn from other mums all over the world who were also breastfeeding twins (and in some amazing cases, triplets).
