A mum has posted a video of herself breastfeeding her son in public to show other mums how normal it is - when your child is aged FOUR.
Ana Garcia is a supporter of women wishing the breastfeed in public and has built up a YouTube following with more than 69 million views of her multiple videos of breastfeeding in public places - as well as advice on the subject.
Her channel, MamaGarciaVlog , initially began to help her gain confidence to breastfeed her son, Matteo, 4, in the open.
Ana, who is 37, says she never planned to nurse her child for so long but the practice has strengthened her relationship with her son.
Ana, who previously lived in Coventry before moving to Spain, explains: "I started posting videos because I was self-conscious about breastfeeding in public. I was even shy about taking my breast out to nurse Matteo amongst family and friends.
"My YouTube channel has helped me conquer my fears and it's given me a lot more confidence to go out-and-about as a mother and breastfeed wherever I am.
"I always knew I was going to breastfeed my child but I never put a date on when I would stop doing so. I didn't think Matteo would want to nurse for so long and I find it a little shocking that I still do it- but it feels right to me a parent .

"Society thinks it can put a date on when you need to stop breastfeeding your baby but that decision needs to be up to the mother and child.
"Continuing breastfeeding has strengthened my own relationship with Matteo because it's a special bond between us. I want to show my story so other mums know it's ok to nurse a little longer if they want to.
"I receive lots of emails and comments from women thanking me for what I'm doing on YouTube.
"But some men message asking me to do private videos and confusing my channel for porn - but my videos couldn't be further from porn because I show myself and my child.
"I want to desexualise the whole idea of breastfeeding and show what a wonderful thing it is between a mother and their child. No mum should miss out on this."
Ana - who currently lives with her partner, dog rescuer Nick - says she was always drawn to attachment parenting values. She is happy to breastfeed Matteo on demand and often shares a bed with him.
Translator and vlogger Ana, whose son will turn five in March, says: "To me, attachment parenting is the most natural way to raise a child. Matteo has his own bed close by but he mostly sleeps with us.
"I think Matteo might be ready to stop breastfeeding when he turns five years old in March or go down to weekly feeds - but it's up to him to decide. I will stop breastfeeding Matteo when he wants to stop.

"I believe attachment parenting and breastfeeding Matteo in public has given him the confidence to go about in the world. I didn't stay at home all day as a new mother, I made sure to take Matteo everywhere with me.
"Lots of mums feel like they should stay at home pumping because they're scared to nurse in public."
Ana's YouTube channel features videos with titles such as 'Breastfeeding at the beach' and 'Breastfeeding clothing'.
She wants to encourage other women to not be ashamed of breastfeeding in public.
"When I started making these videos, there was hardly any information online about breastfeeding. I felt it was important to put my journey on YouTube and share advice.
"My message to other women is to go with your gut. Stop listening to what people telling you what you have to do with your child. Inform yourself and do what feels right."
