ATK Down is hard to slot, but Maxwell uses a lot of normal attacks, so it gets mileage. Barrier is great, and having 2-3 units is handy-but-not-vital (Cardes and Elimo generally cover it).

One of the biggest surprises of Square Enix's Collaboration with Gumi in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is the ability to fight Brave Frontier's Maxwell.
