First of all, the package was overly taped, it's been opened before. The head goes on, but as soon as its turned on, the head falls out. What a waste of money! I want my refund or one that hasn't been used before.
Not good for coarse hair. It doesn't cut. It just pulls. Painful!

Broke within a minute of use!!
Absolute rubbish. After having a very similar style shaver by Veet, I was confident it would be a perfect replacement. I was very wrong. The first minute I started shaving it all seemed fine, then the blade completely stopped working and ended up just pulling at all my hairs. I am left very uncomfortable and sore!!! For the price and the well known brand, I was expecting a good little device. Extremely frustrated, especially as I am in pain from it was well!! This is a very honest review. I don’t know if I was just unlucky and got a faulty device but I am very much put off! I guess my search to find a decent shaver continues 🙄😡

Flimsy and cheap
This is a very low quality item. It is so light and flimsy and the blades are pathetic. From the start I couldn’t get a properly close shave and after a month of light use it is pretty much blunt. Also it is starting to rust even though I am always careful to leave it somewhere to dry after rinsing it. Feels like it is going to break every time you take the head off to clean. NB it is not suitable for use in the shower which is very inconvenient!
So, there I am shaving my hoo ha over the toilet (to catch any hairs I couldn’t) and the bloody head of the razor falls off! Down the bowl it went. It was great until this but can’t bring myself to use it now.

Not the best
Really good at getting to the hard bits. But battery runs out quickly and it has nicked skin several times. Not ideal for longer hair or course hair id say.. After 8 months it's actually broken. I've tried replacing batteries etc and it's continually just lost power. Useless

You get stickers so you can make patterns in your bikini line, so that's something, except not, because it is so rubbish it wouldn't cut the pattern. Also they are a bit big -- the stickers -- mind you, with covid there will be far more bikini lines worthy of the big stickers, but the razor still wouldn't cut them.

It’s terrible.
Such mixed reviews and we ignored the bad ones- but I do wish we’d listened. Firstly, no matter how I tried I couldn’t use without at least a nick, and most times drawing blood. Still I persevered- maybe I need practice, after all it replaced one which was great! Then, after a new battery, it simply wouldn’t work. Changed the battery again, still nothing, but , if I leave the handle off, and hold the battery direct, it will work! I cut myself more often though! It’s terrible!

Couldn’t use - hurts badly
I couldn’t use this bikini trimmer, as soon I touched my skin I had to pull it away, and that was on the outer part of my bikini area, I can’t imagine using this in the more delicate areas... I’ve ended up ordering a similar model by Philips as I what I was previously using.

Terrible, poorly made product
I initially rated this at four stars as it appeared to do what it said on the tin in a neat package. However ... it's a cheaply made, flimsy product that really struggles. It can't really cope with hair well - it snags more often than not as it just doesn't have the power to slice through. So it hurts. And that eventually burns the unit - and so it has now completely given up the ghost after a handful of uses.

Terrible trimmer
I tried and tried to find good use of it, but this trimmer is just a waste of money. It doesn't do the job it's intended to do and can be painful as well... DO NOT RECOMMEND!
